We went to this place today to find two pillows. Silvia the staff who was there assisted us with our purchase. I have to say she was extremely skilled, knowledgeable and ensured we bought the right pillows. She facilitated us to lying down to test each pillow to ensure it is the right one. I have never experienced such excellent customer service experience anywhere in Europe. We travel and travel a lot and yet Silvia gave us a customer experience where she demonstrated her expert skills in finding what the customer needs. I would highly highly recommend buying anything to do with bedding in this store. They only do too quality products which lasts for a minimum of 5 years and that is just their pillows. They also sell mattresses beds and speciality chairs. We will absolutely be coming back here in the future to buy a mattress and we will specifically look for Silvia. Silvia thank you for a 5 star experience at your store. This place is located right in the centre of Salamanca city off the main shopping street. You will spend money here but do not let the price turn you off because the products are of excellent quality. How many times do people buy many pillows? Get the right one at a higher cost and will not spend money on a pillow again for many years and even their mattresses could last you for life. Hace unos días visité la tienda Bed's Salamanca, ubicada en la calle José Jáuregui 16 (justo detrás de la calle Mirat 43), y la experiencia fue simplemente excepcional. Fui atendida por Silvia, cuyo nombre merece mención por su atención impecable. No solo me proporcionó información clara, útil y muy valiosa, sino que me invitó a vivir una experiencia única al probar la firmeza y comodidad del colchón, así como de las almohadas.
