Overall a 9.9 out of 10. Absolutely loved this hotel and before I start, yes 100% would go back.||Positives - beautiful hotel, modern & clean, staff brilliant, rooms cleaned & fresh towels everyday. Air con was the best ive had in a hotel. Ive just read someone complained about the food being cold, hell no, at first it looks like there isnt much, but its kept refreshed in small batches to keep it ticking over. The grill was always on the go and by far the best pork steak ive had very little chicken though - odd.||Neutrals - going back to food as all restaurants they are catering for a mass and therefore the food is very random but the silliest complaint ive ever had, was zero potato product other than chips. I have a restricted diet and am quite happy with a salad, but a girl cant live on leaves alone, and i would normally pop on a couple of small boiled potato's/ little fried potatos - no, oven chips every meal. So yeah guys please remember not everyone can eat pasta/rice with bits in and veg covered in sauce. |I was 1 of only 3 brits at the hotel the whole week which wasnt a problem for me, but if it is a problem for you - then it is something to consider when booking.|Its a very german hotel - i just wish they would learn how to queue, nothing personal to this hotel, every holiday i say the same thing, i dont understand how they think they can get in a lift without letting you getting out, but thats a question i probably will never get answered.||Negatives - 1 toilet for the whole reception/restaurant/bar and pool, it was spotless dont get me wrong, but come on guys, we need more that one ladies. |Question rather than a negative - only saw the pool being cleaned once and the levels never tested now there maybe a reason for this, but im off to Cala Vinas in the south in 2 weeks and they clean it every morning and test it twice a day. So i dont know why Vista didnt need too, however the pool was spotless and lovely for such a small hotel.||Its a coke hotel, now this doesnt normally go into my negatives because i appreciate a hotel has to choose a team and not all choose team pepsi and being allergic to coke zero is my problem not theirs.|Nobody in the hotel batted an eyelid when i produced a bottle of max after ordering my vodka/ice. Except the horrible little man in the restaurant, i let him have his moment of glory trying his best to embarrass me in front of everyone, said that it was just pepsi max in my beaker and i wouldnt drink it. But then gave him what for at the door to his embarrassment (he kept trying to walk away). No water machine in the evening, excuse me? I appreciate a hotel has to make a profit but id paid for my evening meal and I should have access to a glass of water. I did explain to him if he had taken 2 seconds to look at my plate he would have known i had a restricted diet, nobody with a whole buffet of food in front of them eats lettuce, cucumber a few green peppers and a piece of pork through choice (but boy was the pork good). ||So yes my only negative was 1 member of staff out of a whole team of people- his attitude needs to be addressed and maybe a little training on food allergies and how to handle them. He instantly thought british - so she will have sneaked alcohol in, he should have asked - no just wanted to bully the single female what a sad pathetic little man. ||Area - The sea is at the bottom of the street, with a couple of bars. To the right is a beach where they do the water sports from, a few tourist shops and large supermarket, to the left you head down to the marina which is your resort as such it was a fab walk along the seafront took me 20 mins (but i was taking it slow) |Little supermarket pretty much across the road with everything in you need, reasonable prices for instance 2.20 euro for a 2ltr pepsi max.|In the marina, the prices were normal i paid 9 euro for a cocktail and the meals ranged from 13-20 ish - dependant on what meat/fish you ordered.||So to sum up - never been to Can Picafort before it was a last minute value for money solo holiday not even been to north Majorca before ive always been a south girl - and yes loved it (other than the bus journey back to the airport) I will absolutely be back.||Just to add, all this is the press about Majorca not being welcoming to the British, dont believe everything you read. I was in Tenerife in Feb, obviously here in July and in south Majorca in Sept 24/25 and every spanish person Ive met has been lovely. Im booked for spain 3 times next year, its just a few attitudes not...

Very nice cooks, nice waiters, tidiness of the room, view, location and cleaning ladies!
Rooms are not soundproof, my German neighbour (with a very loud speaking voice hearable every morning) asked my partner on night one if I could stop humming in my room at 22:05. There is loud music downstairs till 23:30 so I thought this was a bit funny.
Food is very German orientated, we quite enjoyed it, but it could be noted somewhere on the website. I don’t think South-Europeans will enjoy this food.
Then, the receptionists. I have never experienced this before, incheck was fine, since then probably the holiday still has to start. On day 3 I wanted to rent a towel. The deposit had to be in cash, whereas I could pay the towel by card. I told them this is very inconvenient (especially since the Dutch don’t travel with a card anymore, we pay by phone, so I couldn’t get money from a machine anywhere). I asked them to use my credit card, which “wasn’t possible”. It is 2023. It then took me 1.5 hour to get cash somewhere, so I finally got my towel. Then at night, a Spanish receptionist asked me if I wanted to swap the towel, for the next morning, I said yes please! She didn’t let me pay yet. Next morning we had to check-out. I was at the desk at 12:06 since there was a large group in front of me so I decided to wait a couple of minutes. I asked if I could rent another towel for that day so we could spent some time at the pool for our flight. This (German) receptionist (her name wasn’t Annika, but something else) told me: no you want to swap your old towel! I said; No I want another one. I am not stupid, and my English is perfect so why be rude and tell me what I want? I then told her in German, and she proceeds to ask her GERMAN colleague in Spanish if I’m sure I want ANOTHER towel and not swap. I am South-American and you ask your German colleague, in front of me, in Spanish, if I’m sure?! Her German colleague proceeds to tell her that I am right and that she can give me another towel. Then, she doesn’t give me another towel, she tells me: you know check-out is at 12:00 yes? My check-out passes had been on her counter the whole time. So I say: I’m very aware, can I have my towels? And YES I would like to check-out. She asks me: but your luggage, you have it? I say: YES it’s here. She then comes all the way from her desk to look if I really have my luggage and she says: okay, here is the key for the room. She doesn’t ask how our stay was. I come back to give her the key from the luggage room and she says: HEH?! Is the room already empty, no people leaving luggage? There were 20? ‘What do you think honey?’ ‘That I locked them in?’
Then: we paid for dinner on our check-our day. We asked another receptionist if we could pay, she said “AH”, and then gave us the payment machine and let us pay, she didn’t say the price, no hi, no bye! I went to check my bank to see how much she charged us, since it felt so weird.
Then if you think it couldn’t get WORSE! When I finally left this hotel around 18:30, I asked for the key for the luggage room, went downstairs to open the room, the door was OPEN!!! My boyfriend is an IT guy and has a laptop that costs a fortune!! It was there unlocked!! I then proceed to tell the (I think Spanish receptionist, long brown hair) I’m sorry, but the room was open, and she says: okay, did you close it again?!?!
I thought I was going to lose my mind but I said: I did, bye bye!
So overall:
Location was nice, holiday was nice, fire the German woman and have a conversation with the Spanish lady about...

In the last 3 nights out of a total of 4 nights that I spend in the hotel, I'm already ready to publish my feedback.
I arrived at almost 11pm on a Saturday evening due to the Tui transfer bus being delayed. The employee Antonia gave me a very warm and friendly welcome at the reception. My first impression of the hotel lobby was very good. Very well maintained, clean and quiet. Because of the late arrival, of course, dinner was long over, but there were still snacks and cold food for the late arriving guests. Wow, that's great!
I walked down the hall towards my room and noticed how nice it smelled and how clean everything was. Also the decoration: minimalist and beautifully decorated. Then comes the great fear of a vacationer. How does the room look? After a long journey I could say: it was a great pleasure! The room smelled so good! The cooling was ideally adjusted and the fresh air was so good! The balcony with a view of the pool, beautifully maintained and immediately invited to sit down and relax a bit. The room decoration is minimalist, modern and "clean". Beautiful and calm colors. Hotel bathrooms are often a shortcoming. And at Vista Park? Everything fine! No mold, no hair from other guests. I was shocked! :D BUT POSITIVE!!!
The next evening I was able to enjoy the restaurant's food. For me it was pure pleasure! I have seldom eaten so much and so well in a 3-star hotel, as in Vista Park. The food options changed every evening. There was always something good to eat and I personally found it difficult to eat "just two rounds". Not because I wasn't allowed to, but because my stomach isn't that big :P
The cleaning staff do a great job! They were very nice and I could see how professional they are in cleaning the room so nicely. A great thank you for the ladies!
In the evenings there is live music at the pool. It starts around 9 PM and at 11 PM there is silence.
A negative point was the wi-fi internet. Almost all days it was slowly and with spontaneous failures. I don't know if it was an arbitrarily issue or if the bandwidth for the hotel needs to be increased.
My room hasn't a mini bar/refrigerator. It's not totally necessary but a nice-to-have.
My mattresses weren't that firm anymore. They probably need to be turned over more often. When the mattresses sink in the middle, it's time to turn or to be changed. Mine could be better, but were still OK.
What also gave me a very good feeling is that the details are thought of: A chair in the room Sockets in the right places A handle in the shower stall (important for older people) A very non-slip floor in the shower stall ( important for everyone) A tight shower cubicle (in other hotels it annoys me so much when the whole bathroom gets wet). Very good furniture Good room lighting
Oh... and I have to say one very important thing. I found the prices quite fair. From the coke machine to the food and drinks in the bar.
From my experience is a 3-star hotel disguised in a 5-star hotel! =)
My feeling is that the hotel is run with passion. Please keep it up!
Thank you very much for the wonderful time here. I was able to enjoy my holiday to the fullest and relax as one would wish.
I know that most the people don't "lose time" to write a compliment. But I have to be fair with this hotel and spend my time writing down my very positive experience. They deserved this free marketing from me, as I am a very...
