We went to this restaurant on Wednesday evening and on arrival the waiter was very welcoming. We hadn't made a reservation however a nice quiet table was available.
There is a large outdoor terrace with sail cloth shades. The menu is very simple, with a choice of salads and various meats a La Brassa. Rabbit is a speciality of this restaurant and one of the best I have ever tasted.
We ordered bread, allioli and olives included in the price, a side salad for two also included. My husband chose the matured Irish steak cooked medium rare, a suggestion by the waiter. The food was delicious and the rabbit was juicy and full of flavour. We had a couple of beers and two generous sized glasses of wine and a large bottle of water to accompany the meal. There is a choice of desserts available however we declined dessert. Instead we had two Cortado cofffees which were very good to finish the meal. The prices are very reasonable here.
All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and the service was very good. By 21.30 the restaurant was very busy with both tourists and local families coming to dine. There is also plenty of space to dine inside the restaurant when the weather isn't good. We will definitely return. It's a shame this restaurant is closed at lunchtime and during the...
Read moreWe absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant when it comes to steak – specifically the beef tenderloin.
You’re served an enormous piece of meat – no wonder it’s almost impossible to cook it properly. The medium rare came out blue and was even cold on the inside, and the medium leaned more towards rare.
After I asked for it to be cooked through again, it went from blue to rare.
Even when raw pieces were still left on the plate at the end, no one asked whether everything was okay.
Of course, such a large piece can only be cooked properly with a very long time in the oven. But the chef apparently didn’t consider cutting it into two or three portions – even though it was completely raw inside.
The many excellent reviews likely stem from other dishes frequently ordered there, such as rabbit or pork chops – where hitting the right doneness is much easier.
Unfortunately, very disappointing.

Read moreEin verstecktes Juwel unter allen Restaurants in Can Picafort.
Gracias,...
