Honest and accurate review: Found a good deal at this hotel for €70 a night including half board so came for a weekend break. I’ll summarise the good and bad points as accurately and clearly as possible - Good points: 1. All parts of the hotel and rooms were modern enough and clean (probably because it had just reopened on the day we arrived) 2. The rooms are an ok size with big beds (for the simple room not the delux room) 3. The balcony was the biggest balcony I have ever seen in a hotel with nice chairs. 4. The hotel was relatively quiet in June around the pool and solarium. Nice area up there with the jacuzzi. 5. Mini fridge in room (doesn’t work the best but overnight it does cool your drinks) 6. Friday and Saturday evening hotel entertainment was good and the stage area is nice. Bad points: 1. Check in was the slowest I have ever experienced and it seems as though the staff weren’t very sure of the process. 2. Walls are thin and you can easily hear neighbours and other noise. 3. The bathroom could do with an update in the shower. The sink seems new but the shower head is very old. 4. Meal times were a bit shorter in length than I have experienced in other places. 5. The food in the restaurant at breakfast and lunch was ok only, and only ok because of the price. The restaurant is understaffed meaning that often food counters are empty and not sufficiently replenished particularly at dinner time. The food was average and not a large variety (if you are easily pleased with food you will be fine but it’s not the best at all). The deserts were exactly the same both nights and all like children’s school lunch desserts. Mostly it was fine because of the cheap hotel price but if I had paid more I’d be disappointed. 6. We had to wait for a long time to be served a drink at dinner and they want you to pay immediately when ordering which is in the middle of eating your meal. I have never experienced this before and usually you pay at the end of your meal which is much more pleasant and professional. 7. Daytime entertainment is lacking but I imagine it depends on guest numbers. 8. Food and drinks are overpriced (as in most tourist places). Cocktails are premixed syrups and not good. The bar food (particularly the salads which were terrible) is bad. The pasta was good. The salads were overpriced and bland and the ā€˜bravas’ were an embarrassment to Spain as we were served frozen French fries covered in sauce. After asking about it, they said they can cut to squares for us.... clearly missing the point. Hilarious mostly because they have a photo of real bravas on the top of their food menu (see my photos for proof) and then serve you French fries. Total fraud and a rip off so avoid that. 9. There was a hole in the roof above the shower in room 440 which could have been a peep hole or some damp damage. No idea. 10. Maid service was extremely late in the day like 3pm and totally missed my friends room (no idea why because there was no do not disturb sign and we were not in the rooms) 11. Mostly the photos are a bit deceptive. The pool is much smaller than it seems and is just deep like 2m and you have to climb in an out instead of most pools which are on a gradient with steps for easy access. Most of the pictures of the rooms on hotel booking websites are the delux rooms which is a bit deceiving too.

Horrible experience! Generally, very low level of cleanliness in the rooms & facilities - colony of ants in the bathroom, torn towels, hairs on sheets etc. And on top of it, I had the worst experience with staff I ever had in a hotel - at breakfast I was taking an apple with me to eat later and they stopped me saying I can’t bring food. When I kept saying it’s just an apple and I’ll eat it right away, they started aggressively arguing with me. I started talking to the manager and I said it’s so bad because they’re gonna throw it away and she replied ā€œwhat’s the problem with thatā€ when I answered that there’s so many people on this planet starving, she said ā€œwe’ll disinfect it and give it to other customers.ā€ Very very unpleasant experience, she also kept coming closer and raised her voice in my face. Totally don’t recommend this place!!!!

Hello, we are currently still on "vacation" at this hotel and I am writing my review here as I requested to speak to the manager but obviously non-existent. We arrived at this hotel for 5 days for a week with high expectations for the services offered and especially for a 5 *. We are in a premium car reserve room with private trips. Since our arrival we have been extremely disappointed, the hotel is not at all a 4 * the services are deplorable. The dining room is very noisy, it is impossible to eat outside because there is only a small room inside with constant background noise and screaming children. The buffets are very basic sometimes of poor quality we were sick during the stay ... no typical Spanish product would be more than a paella available. Front desk staff are disrespectful to customers and no service is provided. We have been complaining several times for the room not cleaned (the trash cans still present the shower dirty the sheets and towels not changed), we just asked for handkerchiefs impossible to give them to us. The hotel is very noisy not at all restful. A "solarium" area is available supposedly for rest but you will find a very dirty place again with babies and children crying and throwing water in the jacuzzi. After all these observations and our failed week of vacation I asked to speak to a person from the management but in vain ... I only have in front of me people doing nothing except take your bank card and obviously insult you in Spanish. Do not go !! I, who are used to 4/5 * hotels, even abroad, have never seen such...

Check in was easy. Arrived shortly after midnight. No offer for a snack after travelling 10hrs. Room was fantastic! Not one but two balconies! No sun as north facing. Not a problem. Small selection of toiletries. Comfy bed. Asked for more pillows, which the lovely cleaning lady sorted. Fridge in room. Weirdly no water to see you through to the morning, so grab drinks in airport. No kettle. So, if you like a coffee in your room bring kettle, cups and spoon. No Do Not Disturb door signs!.Air con was a bit rubbish.. Can imagine it would be a nightmare in height of summer. |Food was not great. Everything cooked in way too much fat. Didn't eat in there after 1st 2 days as had terrible bloating. Good selection of fruits and breads. Just the usual types that push in ..so sharpen your elbows! Restaurant is located in basement. No windows, and airless. Again i can imagine this to be rather on the warm side in high season. Staff are perfectly pleasant. |Do not go to the Deli Supermarket across from hotel. A thoroughly rude man in there. Better shops along the main road for water and room nibbles. Did feel at times they don't want English there, which was a shame. Beach was ace. Go under the railway track and you're there. One great beach bar opposite Tahiti hotel. Lovely staff and toilets. Choo-choo tourist train was brilliant. Takes you up the mini mountain and a selection of carparks, which we chuckled at!!! They only accept cards on the route. All in all nice break. But wouldn't come back solely due to the world being a big place and I like...
