R2 Romantic Fantasia Suites — Hotel in Tuineje

Just came back from Romantic Fantasia suites and had a lovely relaxing holiday in the sunshine with that beautiful breeze, the place was exceptionally clean, we stayed in the adults only area which was across the road from the complex. The room was lovely with a super sized bed cleaned on a daily basis. The pool was so nice to cool down in and wasn't busy at all, most people was too busy relaxing on the secluded sun beds next to the six hot tubs. The pool bar was amazing service, they served snacks from 3-5 including calamari, ham & Cheese sandwich, salad, hot dogs, burgers which could've been better quality food but was edible and served drinks till 11pm.||||In the main complex the food hall was open for breakfast 8 -10:30, Lunch 1-3, Snacks 3:30-5 & Dinner 7-10. The food swell as the drinks was one of the only disappointing things about the holiday, however it was edible. The food was almost the same every day, Dinner & Lunch was the same kind of food, they could've had sandwiches, wraps etc but was very much the same fish, chicken, rice dishes even though they had themed nights which was hard to differentiate.||||The drinks was also disappointing served until 11pm, beer was fine, wine was ok, however the local spirits wasn't the best especially the Brandy which tasted like blackjack sweets, one of the main bad points was the mixers which tasted awful, the cocktails was really bad and was from a pre mixed pump, no sex on the beach, you had to pay 5 euros for a Mojito. A positive was they did a lovely slush called a San Fransisco which was non-alcoholic but they can add a mixer to it and the vodka hits good!||||The place is in the middle of nowhere, lots of stray cats which one actually attacked us, with a local Spa, the beach was volcanic black sand and quite stoney, in the main complex which wasn't as good as Romantic suites across the road was quite busy with everyone sunbathing around the pool but personally preferred the secluded areas in the Romantic suites.||||Overall I believe the hotel is a 5 star place however the food and drink is at best a 3 so gave it a 4 star review but would...

"Wenn ich diese Bewertungen lese, denke ich wirklich, dass sie nur FAKE sein können. Wir sind hier wirklich mit Freunden gekommen und leider möchte ich einfach nach Hause, nach nur 4 Stunden.Ich fange von vorne an. Das Hotel hat zwei getrennte Gebäude. Ein merkwürdiges Gebäude beherbergt die Rezeption und das Restaurant, während das zweite Gebäude, das auch zum Fantasia Romantic gehört, in derselben Straße liegt und über einen schrecklichen Parkplatz verfügt.Leider musst du für alles, was du von der Rezeption brauchst oder wenn du All-Inclusive-Essen möchtest, immer wieder die lange Strecke dorthin laufen. Das Ambiente lässt zu wünschen übrig. Hinzu kommt, dass uns bei unserer Ankunft im Hotel ein Plan gegeben wurde und wir unsere Zimmer selbst finden sollten.Unsere Koffer waren fast kaputt, weil der Weg zum anderen Gebäude durch tausend Löcher führte. Das Romantic Hotel hat keinen Fahrstuhl, also mussten wir unsere 30 kg schweren Koffer in den zweiten Stock tragen, nachdem wir den ganzen Tag geflogen waren. Das Hotel ist überhaupt nicht für Rollstuhlfahrer oder ältere Menschen geeignet, die hier herumlaufen. Schrecklich!!! Das Zimmer ist in Ordnung, deshalb geben wir einen Stern!!! Die Pool-Bar, ehrlich gesagt, so etwas habe ich noch nie gesehen. Null Ambiente, nicht einmal schöne Musik. Es kostet nicht viel, auch kein Radio 😅 Die Häuser sind sehr eng gebaut und es gibt keine Privatsphäre. Was hat das wirklich mit Romantik zu tun?Der Pool für diese Gebäude ist sehr klein und das Wasser ist richtig kalt. Wir sind 20 Minuten zum Essen gegangen. Das Restaurant sieht aus wie eine Kantine, das Essen schmeckt nach nichts und sieht aus wie Erbrochenes. In dieser Bar klebten alle Löffel voller Essen, es gab kaum jemanden, der sie sauber machte. Nach einer Stunde sah alles aus wie nach einer Bombe. Das Essen ist wirklich eine KATASTROPHE. Wenn man Urlaub macht, gehört gutes Essen dazu. Ich/wir erwarten nicht viel, aber ich möchte auch keine Schuhsohlen essen. Selbst an Weihnachten war das Essen leider nichts Besonderes. Wir sind logischerweise seit 5 Tagen hier und essen immer dasselbe. Leute beschweren sich total, aber niemand traut sich etwas zu sagen, und wenn jemand es tut, tun alle so, als würden sie nichts verstehen und sind sehr überrascht. Wirklich schlimm!!! Beim letzten Abendessen habe ich einfach Tomaten gegessen, weil alles, was in dieser KANTINE lag, nicht essbar war, und wie gesagt, ich habe auch keine Lust, seit 5 Tagen immer dasselbe schlecht gemachte Essen auf meinem Teller zu haben.Einmal saßen wir um 23 Uhr draußen auf Sofas, zusammen mit einer älteren Dame, für die leider das Sofa zu tief war, deshalb haben wir ihr Rückenkissen hingelegt. Ohne ein Wort zu sagen, kam eine Mitarbeiterin und nahm die Kissen weg mit der Begründung, dass sie aufgeräumt werden müssten. Hallo!!!! Das geht so nicht!!!Am besten finden wir Badezimmer, die vom Schlafzimmer nur durch eine durchsichtige Glasscheibe getrennt sind. Wenn jemand drinnen ist, fühlt man sich im Schlafzimmer beobachtet. Keine Privatsphäre!!!! Ich glaube, dieses Hotel möchte nicht, dass seine Gäste Privatsphäre haben, auch nicht auf der Toilette.Am Pool ist der gesamte Holzfußboden mit Löchern und kaputt. Einmal bin ich hindurchgegangen und habe mir fast den Fuß gebrochen. Es hat wirklich wehgetan.Die "Mini-Bar" im Kühlschrank ist absolut leer, es gibt nicht einmal einfache Getränke wie Wasser oder Cola. In einem All-Inclusive-Hotel ist es normal, dass die Gäste etwas zu trinken haben. Du musst zur Pool-Bar gehen, um etwas zu holen, oder einfach zum Supermarkt gehen und alles kaufen. Wenn das so sein soll, warum zahlt man dann fast 4500€ für 14 Tage, wenn man wegen schlechtem Essen ins Restaurant gehen muss oder wegen leerer Minibar zum Supermarkt laufen muss. Also wirklich, liebe Geschäftsführer, man kann es auch anders machen.!!!!!Achtung an alle, die einen Urlaubsstrand haben wollen. Hier gibt es nur schwarzen Sand und jede Menge Steine.Ein wirklich...
