Hotel ILUNION Valencia 3 — Hotel in Valencia

This hotel is perfect for a trip to Valencia. The staff are so polite and welcoming! Checked in straight away. Check out was 12 which gave us a lot of time to get ready in the morning, they also held our luggage for the day as we had a night flight. ||The room was perfect; large double bed, good sized bathroom, and a small wardrobe. ||We ate breakfast in Hotel Ilunion 4 and cannot say a bad word about it. Again, the staff are very kind and direct you to a seat. The food is lovely with a mixture of pastries, fruit, and classic breakfast options. Coffee and tea also on offer. It’s self serve so you can get as much food as you like making it well worth the money! There is also a bar open until 11pm in Hotel 4 which you can use.||The location of the hotel is great with a choice of 2 metro lines, and buses around the corner. The metro stop Gabri is so close and can take you directly to the beach. ||I’ve recommended this hotel to people planning to go to Valencia as it’s the perfect spot for a good price. ||The one negative is the pool was under construction so we couldn’t use it. This wasn’t mentioned when we booked the hotel or when we checked in. It would’ve been nice to have a warning about this as it was one of the reasons we chose the hotel, however everything else made...

We arrived at 2pm to a hotel that looked like nothing from the images we booked, no fridge, wood chip paper, no doors on wardobe, really small hanging space, old fashioned bathroom that you step up into a triangle space, out dated furniture & a really bad smell from room/ air con, same smell in corridors, staff said it would be the chemicals they use to clean, started feeling unwell & was reacting, had to stay outside until they cleaned room & still not feeling well,reception gentlman was very helpful & trued to deep clean however chemical’s that strong i couldnt spend anytime inside jotel as felt faint, headache, breathing difficult, we asked about hotel next door which looked so much better however they used same chemicals & was so strong we couldnt stay, we had 2 hours to find another hotel, giving up pool, 30 min away from this hotel ,it was definitely worth it , so much better than this place, they need to stop using so much chemicals, think its ingrained in carpets, smells like a dirty care home !|They had no restaurant & had to use next door, receptionist said we are 4 stars as we have a pool & a gym , head of cleaning did not want to help, the male receptionist was so helpful even before...
