We had the menu of the day, which was honestly a bargain. For 11€ or so, you get a starter, a main dish and a coffee or dessert. For this price, I wasn’t expecting much. However, the dishes were quite ok. Obviously the portion are smaller than your average dish size, but that is to be expected for the price. The dessert, a cheese cake, was actually quite ok too. The only big draw back for me is the service. The waiter was not bad in its own, but we had to wait for more time than in take us to eat to finally being able to pay (after asking the bill 4 time). The staff were really nice and had picked us out a nice table by the front window. The service was swift and the drink and food came quickly and together.
We had 2 different sorts of pasta and steak. All cooked perfectly and very tasty. The steak was especially good as it was consistently cooked as requested throughout (I have quite a few steaks recently in Valencia where it's been raw at one end and well done at the other).
