I agree with the last bad review. I came here last year. 2 days major loss. Came again this year. Again loss. Something about this place. Not lucky and by the way food and drink not cheap and not great either. I was served at the bar by 2 nice bar men though. I found an Admiral labelled Roulette Machine at the end of the night as I was leaving, so this Casino is owned or within or connected in some way to the Admiral Casino Group. Now it makes sense why I loose everytime. It is impossible to win anything in Admiral Casinos unlike other decent Casinos in Spain. And no, this Casino is nothing like Las Vegas and Atlantic City. I have been to Vegas many times and gambled in all the MGM Casinos, Cosmopolitan, Paris, Belagio etc. Zero comparison to any Admiral Casino. So, the review that mentioned that is a fake review. In Vegas Casinos, sometimes you win and sometimes you don't. Adriral Casinos Not The Case. If you do win and are up at any point of the night, run. Cos, you are guaranteed to lose it. At only one point in the night I was 80 Euros up (beginning of the night), but by the end of the night I was down 635 Euros (I never was up again in 7 hours of gambling). Same story last year but on both nights last year, I lost at least double what I did today. Croupiers are all very miserable as well here. If you go, walk around the room and get a feel and an idea on the general feel of whether there are any winners at all or very many, before you gamble. You'll find that there aren't. I played Roulette, blackjack (never play this game here) and Texas Holden. The same story applies to ALL Admiral Casinos. I have been to several last year (Sevilla, Malaga, Gibraltar etc). All the same. Never one in any. But other Casinos I won some of the time at least. Also, piano music is terrible. So, don't be fooled about getting nice entertainment. So, there will not be a next time for me in any Admiral Casino. If I go to a new Casino, I will ask at the door first if they are connected in any way to Admiral. My advice, fijd a Casi o that isn't...
Read moreThis casino doesn't deserve 1 star. This is the worst casino i ever went in my life. The croupiers are real amateurs. This casino also don't know how to treat customers. And the most ridiculous thing is that the croupiers are asking for tip. Tip should be earned by giving your customer a good service, not asking for it.
This casino is a joke! Amateurs
I have never seen so bad bad croupiers. They are in one of the biggest touristic cities of Spain, but don't speak a word English.
In every spin of Roulette they make mistakes with the amount that they should pay.
And if you give them some criticism, a small chihuahua called Anna or Ana comes and tells me that i can't be critical otherwise i get a ban. What a joke.
This casino should be so lucky that they have monopoly in this city, otherwise nobody will play in this shitty...
Read moreGood evening, we went to the casino as a family and hoped for a fun and enjoyable evening. The evening was a total disaster and this casino is doomed to fail. Especially the tourists were screwed, so I would definitely recommend Dutch people NOT to gamble here. We bet and eventually the dealer " didn't put it" while we bet it on that. Conclusion of this casino is that it is so unreliable! Very unfortunate but reality. Also very unfriendly when we ask for explanation and tell how it went. This could also be seen on the camera footage, yet they did not want to admit...!!!! Doomed to fail as I said. Even Spanish bystanders indicated that we had bet on it, but the dealer had not bet on it. Sandro the manager acted like nothing was wrong, in other words definitely do not play at this casino, only if you...
