This is a perfect place to stay! The hotel is very neat and clean, and everything is well-maintained. The receptionist and room boys were extremely helpful, polite, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Their service truly made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The location is excellent – everything you need is close by, from shops and restaurants to transport facilities, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The atmosphere inside is calm and welcoming, ideal for relaxing after a busy day.

Rooms are spacious, tidy, and well-arranged with all the basic amenities you would expect. The staff’s attention to detail and quick response whenever we needed help was impressive.

When we arrived in the room, there was a strong smell of damp. We left our bags there to go sightseeing without really looking at the room. When we returned in the evening, the horrors began. The paint on the walls was peeling due to the humidity in the room, as well as a colony of ants on the floor and in our belongings. Under the bed, there were what looked like larvae. We requested action from the staff, who offered us other rooms, and each time we visited, the same problem. We asked to leave the establishment, and the manager informed us that Booking.com would refund us within two weeks. Two months later, still nothing, the establishment informed Booking.com that we had been compensated, which is false. They are liars about their photos and cleanliness, and they are also dishonest. Great Value and Very Clean!

This hotel is very clean and well maintained — not quite at the level of an upscale five-star hotel, but still more than worth it for the price. After seeing the recent renovations, I honestly thought it was newly opened, but it’s been around for a few years and clearly well cared for.

The staff are friendly, mostly younger people, and very attentive. Parking is limited, but roadside parking is available nearby. There’s 24-hour security, so you can return at any time safely. The rooftop is nicely maintained and accessible, perfect for relaxing.
