Checked in today with all family members and the booking was made two weeks prior to arrival on our way got a call from the hotel saying we are unable to use the pool as it is under renovation which we got disappointed so much and on arrival we noticed the rooms given to us were not properly cleaned, no soap, no tissues no towels, no bed sheets, untidy beds dust everywhere and when we inquire about it came with many reasons fail to do which cannot except as on arrival took the full payment 50,000/- for seven rooms and extra 1600/- for driver's room this is very unpleasant as we have to attend for a wedding tomorrow we wanted to have a good rest but got disappointed totally, as we didn't just walked in we made an advance booking and wanted to place an advance payment said not required we selected the place with an experience before as this is convenient to the hotel where the reception is but never expected such experience with a city hotel, as a former hospitality management staff I know there can be some reasons for a hotel to face this kind of situations but this this totally negligence and irresponsible of duties so here I would like to request from the responsible person to give more attention on your arrivals as guests we expect much more than this from a city hotel like this and do not make unhappy customer that effects very bad on...

I recently had a disappointing experience at Sealine Hotel. I reserved a deluxe double room over the phone, only to be informed upon arrival that it was unavailable. The receptionist provided a standard double room instead, despite our payment for the deluxe option. Upon insisting, we were eventually given a deluxe double room, but the issues didn't end there.
The room had an unpleasant smell, lacked cleanliness, and the lavatory was in poor condition. The absence of basic amenities like soap and shampoo was surprising, forcing us to purchase our own. The towels provided were subpar, shedding wool all over our bodies.
Although a kettle was available, the inconvenience continued as there was no provision of tea or sugar. Moreover, the room lacked suitable plug points; the only available one was occupied by the television. No charging points for phones or laptops were accessible, adding to the overall discomfort of our stay.
In summary, my experience at Sealine Hotel was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend it to others, given the issues with room reservations, cleanliness, amenities, and the overall lack of comfort.

Read moreI had a pretty rough experience at this hotel. Right off the bat, they didn’t provide towels, and when we tried to call about it, the phone wasn’t working. We had to ask multiple times to get towels, and the TV didn’t work at all.
When we tried to order food from the restaurant in the evening, the cashier told us it would take 30 to 40 minutes for our meal, which was fine. But then he got really frustrated and rude, saying it was hard to take our order because they were so busy. We just left without saying anything.
I get that it was a long weekend and everyone was probably stressed, and I work in the same industry, so I understand.
