New Panda House — Hotel in Galle

They have advertised two rooms with attached bathroom with kitchenette and all facilities but infact it's a separate property located about 2 km away from this hotel and further inside Galle away from the beach in a narrow lane next to a construction site. Nowhere on the website is it mentioned that the rooms advertised on bookings.com is located elsewhere . ||This was a harrowing ordeal for us as we had to cancel and scramble to find hotels during a peak vacation. ||I would just steer clear from this place. ||If there's one thing I can't stand it's when you are lied to and you end up wasting hours on the very little and precious vacation time you have to spend with your family.||Goodbye Panda Villa . |Will never...

We stayed there for three nights in January. Room was cozy and clean and it is just 10min walk from old town. Unfortunately, I had a little accident on our first night in Galle - I was bitten by a stray dog. Munzir (hope I pronounced it right), one of the hosts in Panda house, was really kind and helped us a lot (with local hospitals and vaccination and everything). We are so grateful.
