KFC - Galle — Restaurant in Galle

I recently ordered chicken from KFC Galle through their online delivery service, and I have to express my utmost disappointment with the quality of the food I received. The chicken I received was incredibly dry, making it almost impossible to enjoy my meal.

When ordering from a renowned fast food chain like KFC, one expects a certain level of consistency and deliciousness. However, the chicken I received seemed like it had been overcooked or left out for far too long before it reached me. The meat was dry and lacked the juicy tenderness that is usually associated with KFC’s signature chicken.

I hope this review serves as feedback to KFC Galle, urging them to pay closer attention to the quality of their food. Dry chicken is not what customers expect when they order from a reputable fast food chain like KFC.

Overall, I cannot recommend ordering from KFC Galle based on my recent experience with their dry chicken. Until they demonstrate consistent quality and address this issue, I will be hesitant to order...

Very bad experience. Front door handle is broken and it came off when I open the door. Tables are dirty. Floor is dirty. Ceiling is discoloured and ugly. There are 3 counters to buy food and only one is working. I waited in a queue of a non operating counter for a very long time and with some other people and after a long time one of the staff member said that the counter is not working and go to the end of the other counter which is working, all the people who wasted time got so upset and angry. No ice cream. I ordered a large chicken charger and I got a regular charger without even informing me and at the end I told I ordered a large charger and staff replied large chargers are not available. They should inform me before if it's not there before giving me something else for my order. I ordered a mixed berry mojito and they gave me a strawberry crusher. Very bad...

I'm not sure you can call this a "real" KFC. I'm going to compare this KFC location to the KFC in Vietnam, because I think that's a fair comparison rather than comparing it to the KFC in the United States. The KFC in Vietnam is leaps and bounds better and higher quality than the KFC in Sri Lanka. For starters, KFC Sri Lanka doesn't offer Original Recipe, Extra Crispy, Kentucky Grilled Chicken, and Nashville Hot. Ok, so let's make it fair and say they don't even have original recipe and extra crispy. I ordered their Double Decker zinger burger and both pieces of chicken were dark meat and that is just cost cutting cheapness on the business side. It's supposed to be white chicken meat when you're ordering the most premium and expensive sandwich option on the menu. Otherwise, why does it cost more than all the other sandwich combos if it doesn't...
