I recently visited the KFC in Galle, and I had a fantastic experience! The food was and delicious, especially the fried chicken, which was crispy and flavorful. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient. My order was prepared quickly, and everything was exactly as I requested. The ambiance was pleasant, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. I recommend this KFC location for anyone craving some tasty fast food in Galle!

I recently visited KFC Galle, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. While we were dining inside, there was ongoing maintenance work that involved a lot of cement dust in the air. It was both disturbing and unhygienic to have construction work happening while customers were eating. The exposure to cement dust is not only unpleasant but also a serious health concern. I expected better from a brand like KFC. I hope they take this feedback seriously and ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! It doesn't even deserve one star. Place is completely mismanaged. 2 managers on shift couldn't sort out some man's receipts for an hour. Other staff just kept walking around pretending not to see the cue of clients. We have waited 45 mins to order! THE SLOWEST fast food EVER. DO NOT expect any kind of quality food. It was awful. Dirty tables, rubbish everywhere. And bathrooms were horrific, absolutely filthy, I have never seen place so badly managed in every way. AVOID!!!

This place doesn't deserve at least one star. Hope KFC franchise in Sri Lanka should revoked their license. We ordered 2 double decker burger meals and the oiliness of the chicken is too much. The chicken drumstick is literally dripping oil. The burger buns is wet and not even properly toasted. The service here is terrible and the way they serve food is disgusting. If you visit galle please avoid this place. There are other awesome places in galle to have a proper meal.

After almost 5 year I recently visited this place and it was very sad to see that the interior was vary bad. Washroom was not maintained properly. There was a bad smell around the cashier. Place was not cleaned properly. A/C was not working properly. Please take some action to make this place better because this is the only KFC around Galle and lot of foreigners visit here expecting a good experience.
