Over two years, I witnessed repeated failures by Les Roches to uphold basic responsibilities for student welfare, academic support, and safety.

The administration gave clear assurances of adequate student care at the outset—assurances that were repeatedly broken.

Negligence – Serious illnesses were dismissed or ignored, with intentional delayed access to medical help.

Harassment Ignored – A reported incident was brushed aside without investigation.

Support Withdrawn – Agreed-upon accommodations were later denied, only reinstated after direct confrontation.

Career Services Failure – Internship problems were met with silence, leading to unnecessary academic penalties and even a coerced degree change.

Baseless Accusations – In the final semester, instead of support, the administration leveled unfounded claims that forced a voluntary withdrawal.

Repeated attempts to address these issues with multiple senior staff and even the CEO were ignored.

If Les Roches cannot provide genuine care, accountability, and fair treatment, it should not make promises it cannot keep. Our experience was marked by negligence, broken commitments, and a disregard for student welfare.

On top of that, I’ve had the privilege of representing the school as a Student Ambassador, which has been incredibly rewarding.

The lectures are engaging and led by passionate professionals, and I’m grateful for the amazing friendships I’ve formed with classmates from around the world. Les Roches truly offers a unique blend of academic excellence, industry access, and community spirit.
