Always looking forward to have healthy food, our CEO tested EDO Restaurant. It is clearly a great place. The team is very welcoming and the atmosphere is very friendly. The owner is a nice Japanese lady who took time to great us and enquire about our satisfaction. They offer a wide of dishes and our guests enjoyed them all. We gave 4 stars only because dishes are to europeanized and sushi slice are unevenly cut (some were large and short others thin and long). Anyhow we highly recommend the place wether you are looking to spend some nice familly time or more business related time.

Besonderes: Asiatische Restaurants werden immer in Begleitung einer Asiatischen Person Beurteilt. Hier die Bewertung des Edo Restaurant Japonaise: - Empfang = 10 - Personal = 10 - Ambiente = 10 - Freundlichkeit = 10 - Menue Karte = 10 - Qualität des Gerichts = 10 - Temperatur des Gerichts = 10 - Toiletten = - Preis / Leistung = 10 Obwohl wir 30 Minuten bevor das Restaurant schliesst dort waren, würden wir herzlichst als Gast Willkommen geheisen. Sehr nettes Personal und fantastisches essen. Habe noch nie so gut Japanisch gegessen wie dort. Darum auch die Höchstzahl von 90 Punkten. Wir können dies Restaurant jedem empfehlen. Danke

Le restaurant Edo Restaurant Japonais est un endroit exceptionnel pour les amateurs de cuisine japonaise. La qualité de la nourriture est remarquable, avec des plats préparés avec soin et des ingrédients frais et authentiques. Les sushis sont délicieux et les sashimis sont d'une fraîcheur incomparable. Le service au restaurant est également excellent. Le personnel est amical, attentif et toujours prêt à répondre aux besoins des clients. L'ambiance du restaurant est agréable et accueillante, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal pour passer une soirée agréable entre amis ou en famille. En résumé, je recommande vivement le restaurant Edo Restaurant Japonais pour tous ceux qui souhaitent déguster une délicieuse cuisine japonaise dans une atmosphère chaleureuse et conviviale. Seul bémol : les Gyozas ne sont pas assez fourni. Et lors de la demande de l’addition c’était long . Puis à plus de choix sur les plats japonais que des choix de sushis .

Top Japanese cuisine. The Japanese fondue is a must there, lots of people are going just for this. We tried and had to come back for more, so good ! The restaurant is at 10min from the City center of Montana by car, but you can also take the funiculaire. The decorations is beautiful, pure and simple, it's real Japan. best sushi in the Valais. They have new competition in Crans but keep the lead. delivering good raw fish in the middle of the Swiss moutain is challenging. Edo does it with a serious Japanese chef and very nice service in the dining room.
