Room is outdated, clean but looks dirty because every paint or tapestry are old and dirty deep down, the shower doesn't work very well, and all the water goes under the door in the rest of the bathroom, 20 years ago the room was maybe amazing, but in 2024 it doesn't worth the price the hotel ask for. And check-in at 5pm only...

住商務套房剛開始給的房間，進去10幾分了發現冷氣不涼，櫃檯幫我們換一間，結果一進房間發現有一張床竟然沒有鋪床單和棉被，這沒關係，我們等房務整理，順便也等冷氣涼，結果房務整理好，我們進到房間 發現房間還是熱的！我就再打給櫃檯詢問，櫃檯就說「要免費幫我們升等到三樓的商務房」換到三樓後，房務跟我們說因為現在疫情關係，所以房間都不會放著冷氣，所以冷氣開啟還是要等一段時間才會涼！ 我和女兒兩個人待在裡面真的又悶又熱，也想盡量不要當奧客一直忍，忍了半個多小時後，房間還是熱到我們母女兩人一直滴汗！ 去到櫃檯問可不可以退房好了 ！櫃檯竟然說「因為我們已經超過一個小時了 所以還是要收我們「休息」的費用，不能退住宿費全額！」 拜託！是你們讓我們在裡面熱那麼久 還要收休息的費用！這是什麼邏輯！ 真的很生氣ㄟ！櫃檯還說「因為我們沒有一開始就反應，如果我一開始就反應，她就會退我全額」我說「因為是你們房務說要等一下子才會涼，我也不想當奧客 才想說再等一下再等一下！」結果你們讓客人在裡面流汗的，還反過來說是我們太慢反應？！ 如果可以好好休息，大半夜的誰想帶著小孩一直跑來跑去換房間換地方！ 被我講到最後 ...
