Lake Hotel — Hotel in New Taipei

Staff couldn't be any friendlier. Comfortable rooms which were well cleaned, maintained and represented solid quality. Beautiful location, quaint and peaceful while still being an enjoyable and scenic 2-3 minute walk from Xindian MRT Station.

I was also highly impressed by the emergency signage and safety controls. PL wayfinding signs, prominent emergency evacuation maps and even a safety harness should you be required to exit your room through the window.

Well out of the bad things is that the room is cold. The rest is very good and overweigh the bad. Amazing shower, big room, huge bad, big screen tv and you can watch Youtube. The view over the lake is lovely. It is possible to get the the last station on the Green line and walk over the bridge - not the most plasant walk with the big bad, but doable. Room had smoking smell and 9th floor had a great view of the lake but the room could be cleaner. Maybe fresh paint won’t hurt and clean the moldy area in bathroom, change light bulb would be nice, missing one in bathroom, elevator was out of service so had to carry luggage to first floor.
