Two young very capable chefs preparing and serving excellent dishes. The menu was concise but with great choices. Cooking each dish a La minute guaranteed quality. The cooking skill was evident in the taste and quality. I called in advance for a vegetarian choice and enjoyed an excellent risotto. My wife ordered the pork. An underrated French cuisine in Taipei. Slightly far but worth a visit if you miss some nice French delicacy.

From appetiser to dessert, all dishes are carefully crafted with a balance of taste.

Personal favourite is their fish 立鱗燒.

Fortunate to have the chance to try on their hidden menu, the carbonara with cream is fantastic with a slightly sour flavour that balance with the pancetta.

Their sauce are all carefully crafted that would consume some bread.

High quality ingredients, inventive cuisine, very high skilled cooking and very thoughtful presentation. Changing fixed menu with choice of main course and coffee or tea. The service is very attentive and the space is comfortable. The main course is usually a high quality meat cooked with skill. You must reserve in advance, they don't do walk-ins.
