環境非常一般 沒有汽車旅館該有的規格跟乾淨程度 另外 我沒看過請飯店收拾房間 還需要另外加收 580$？ 跟我說這個規定是 2022年1月開始 但我進場已經預付兩晚的金額 也沒有提前告知客人 正常來說 我住第一晚有盥洗用品 難道著住二晚我沒有付費嗎？ 當時一個晚上是 1780$ 聽到超級莫名其妙 最後是1/22值班小姐的態度 非常的好 也願意溝通理解 直截了當退費 離開還不忘記提醒我們東西記得要拿 嚴格來說 我覺得至少收尾收的乾淨 只是這家店的規格以及制度 不敢讓人恭維 原本想給一顆星 但老闆你多虧這位員工 額外多給你一顆星 至於汽旅照片下面很多留言者都留言過了 就不用特別重複丟了

本來想說一個人旅遊，前一天用booking訂好房。後來還打電話跟服務人員確認，服務人員為了省手續費還什麼的，跟我說電話訂就好，要我取消booking的訂單，電話內容也明確告知需求及人數，人員還說15:00就可入住了，結果16:00抵達後說目前沒有空房可以提供，也不收一位的客人，當場覺得無言，前一天明明電話都已經講好並確認要入住，結果卻是這樣，櫃檯人員只說了一句不好意思，完全感覺不到誠意，如果不行為什麼電話中不說明清楚？到現場才說沒房間、不收，是教育訓練沒做好嗎？ ...

這家是我亂槍打鳥去找到的，4月1號17點多住宿的，費用2080元⋯⋯說真的很後悔，不該當時聽到價錢就直接入住了，這家的乾淨度真的需要特別加強，當初選擇大間一點的房型想說浴缸比較大，可是完全不敢使用，連反應後也完全沒有差，有反應跟沒有反應完全沒有差，雖然在外無法跟家裡的乾淨度比，至少不要那麼明顯的讓人傻眼吧！可是櫃檯的小姐真的服務很好，很親切，讓人覺得這位小姐是這家店唯一可以給星星的...
