Space for sitting might not be big enough if your size isn't small. Pricing-wise, very little discount even though you got their membership card and pay upfront to store the money in it as the discount is merely around 5% to around 8 or 9 percent. The collected membership points (1 point every $15 NT dollars) can be used up to the end of next year. If you want to buy something and bring it back home, most of the stuff sold here are not appropriately fit for this purpose as I personally did that twice and the quality of the food obviously downgraded and it didn't bring me good eating experience at all so I highly recommend you eat all the served stuff inside the restaurant except the coffee. ...

An ideal meal of course is one consisting of lots of vegetables and a good source of protein. Usually that means a traditional Taiwanese breakfast which is what I eat most of the time. But I also love a good salad or Eggs Benedict and that doesn't give me many places to choose from in Taichung. The seafood salad here is not bad. Two pieces each of cold shrimp, clams, mussels, and squid on a bed of greens with a slightly too sour Thai-style dressing at $264 is acceptable but I I wish they'd put a bit more emphasis and attention on this salad as it seems a bit of an afterthought.
