REC COFFEE Taichung Chongde Shop — Restaurant in Taichung

Everyone working in this store seems to be inexperienced and confused. The first time I went the lady asked me, "What are you doing here?" And after I asked to look at the menu she made me stand outside in the cold to look at it. The second time I went and asked to take out a cup of coffee the man seemed to be confused by my request. Everything is overpriced - it was 200NT for a latte that was as small as Starbuck's smallest size, and I had to wait 20 minutes...and it tasted...

REC Coffee's second branch in Taichung. Beautiful building and atmosphere, but the quality of F&B and service were not up to my expectation for Japanese standards. Visited during the soft opening period, many items are not available too. However, the staff was friendly and recognize us from our earlier visit to the first REC branch....
