Stayed for a night only. Pros are it has a big swimming pool and shower, there’s a gym on the second floor with cleaner and quieter shower, a very nicely curated garden that everyone can enjoy, the bedding and the new room decoration is impressive- we were lucky to get a view of the pool, internet was stable while I was conducting my online lessons, the breakfast has tons of choices, room necessities were better than other hotels. Cons are no business facilities but only for paying member (I had to find a spot with a low table to conduct my class. Ridiculous for a 5 star hotel), reception information are wrong like there’s no shower in the pool area, there’s not much of hospitality feel from checking-in, there wasn’t suggested place for me to conduct my lessons after sending them two emails and in person, room check out extension was til 11:30am only(I had to pay half of the room’s price if I stay an hour later), the walk of shame to the pool( haha), free parking even after check out and the lack of places to go around the hotel(it’s a literal staycation). Would I stay there again? Only if it’s on a...

Btw, it happens in 2020. But who knows if the situation gets even worse?
Check your room for...
