If you want to enjoy a perfect Peking duck, this is the place to go. The skin was unbelievable crunchy, the meat soft, juicy and tender! With the skin rools have been made, which have been very good! The spring rolls which contained some of the meat and skin have also been amazingly good! We've ordered several dishes beside the Peking duck such as radish cake which was crunchy outside and soft inside and will be served with a chilli and garlic sauce and crunchy pork and vegetables dumplings with a skin made from rice which is a bit sweet. Also the dumplings have been great in taste and very juicy. With the bones of the chickens, a soup has been cooked. For this the bones get stir fried and later water gets poured over them. Vegetables and mushrooms will be added to the soup, as well as a bit of the Peking duck itself. The taste of the soup was really good! We would recommend this restaurant to 100 percent and might come back as soon as possible! The restaurant is lokated in a hotel, close to it is also an amazing...
