Fashion hotel — Hotel in Taipei

Good value for money if you want to spend a few nights at the city center. Metro stations are quite nearby so you can walk for about 5 to 10 minutes. There are good eateries and a couple of Starbucks in the vicinity. The young lady at the reception could do better during check-in. I understand they don’t speak English very well, but not knowing the language is one thing and being rude at arrival is another. I didn’t appreciate her silly yet arrogant behavior. It was very nice to be in the room of this hotel. Everything is clean, new, everything is shiny, a wonderful bathroom and a TV with many options. The only negative is that on the websites in "booking" and "agoda" it was written that check-out is at 12 o'clock, it turned out to be at 11. Please fix...

更工作人員已聯繫並後續處理

這邊先給有看評論的人勸退 超髒！超不推薦！超不安全！超爛！ 他的好評都是因為有五星好評可以晚30-60min退房而來的，這種活動的先別信了！ 首先因為本人很難入睡，提前知道週五要北上過夜，特地找了有停車位以及兩張雙人床房型，所以兩人入住了四人房（房價$3836/晚），被安排在一樓門口，24小時可自由進出大門的旁邊，想說算了，先不說進房間就覺得與圖不符，不像照片中的新，門無法上鎖，只有一般電子鎖，基本上只要有人有卡就可以打開門那種，跟櫃檯人員反應門沒辦法鎖上，工作人員進來查看後說 嗯真的沒辦法鎖欸，於是問我們要不要換去隔壁間，結果那間也沒辦法鎖，和男友查看了一下門框根本不合所以鎖不了門，請問就在大門口的旁邊這樣如何能睡得安心！？安全何在？ 工作人員甚至也表明週五沒有24小時櫃檯，我提的安全度問題他能理解，但無法處理^_^正當覺得很不合理時請工作人員聯繫老闆問可以怎麼協助，在房間等待時，發現電視不能看，工作人員進房查看說軟體沒有更新所以無法觀看，環境上浴室地板多處都有毛髮，電視機下方超重的灰塵！看到真的只有覺得無言，再度請沒辦法協助我處理問題的工作人員請老闆聯繫我，但只有回覆說老闆人不在台北沒辦法聯繫上，逼的我在週五晚上將近十一點另尋飯店，甚至要用比較高價的房價住宿，直至以上所有都有請當天櫃檯人員聯繫老闆，今天週一了，依舊沒人聯繫！

這樣的處理方式和這樣的商旅真的只有一個爛字可以形容...
