Tung Hakka Restaurant — Restaurant in Zhongshan District

I dined at Blossom with my friends today, and unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory. The primary issue I encountered was with the service. Upon being seated, the waitress informed us that we needed to place our entire food order at once! So we were already shocked by her comment so we ordered the food. When the same waitress arrives with the food wr ordered. So she added again , "no more re-order allowed!!" as it is first time we come here, This approach to ordering felt rigid and restrictive, causing frustration among my dining companions and me. Dining out is often about savoring the experience, taking your time, and enjoying each course at your own pace. And re order the food that tastes good, or order more if we feel still hungry. Being pressured to place our entire order upfront took away from this enjoyment and left us feeling rushed throughout the meal.

While the quality of the food itself was acceptable, the overall dining experience was marred by this service approach. I believe that a more flexible ordering system, allowing guests to order in stages as they desire, would greatly improve the restaurant's appeal.

I hope the management at Blossom considers revisiting their service policies to ensure a more enjoyable and relaxed dining experience for their patrons...
