It deserves 5 stars because it's a place where you can find happiness by watching happy people. Older generation dancing and younger ones are playing with the swings and all. Others are playing with pets and sunshine with beautiful trees makes the place a perfect garden. Basic Badminton courts and skaters area available. A good fountain for enjoyment of children. Toilets and water facilities are available in the garden. You can also buy very good and fresh vegetables and food at the nearby market. Nearby barista, Starbucks...

The absolute best park in Taipei, although not quite central park in NY like, but it has the fell and vibe at least.

Situated in the middle of air polluted Taipei, sometimes you get fresh air, with the negative consequence of people smoking. Apart from smokers and occasional dogs or cats getting out of control, a great place to run.
