A buffet lack of food selections. Sushi rolls were dry. Only 6 desert cake choices and they were dry. The fried food were dry. One taro fried roll was the only yummy food for me but it ran out quickly without refills. It felt like they just recycled through breakfast and lunch items. I was disappointed at the food selections and quality . The restaurant itself was bright and clean. We came for the afternoon tea buffet. It stated that the hours are from 3 to 5 pm. We entered the restaurant at 2:56 pm. Around 4 pm, we were told that no food would be served after 4:30 pm. Actually, they gradually took away the food on the buffet counters around 4:15 pm. By 4:40 pm, the server came to clear out our table, sort of showing us that it's time to go. The whole dining experience was rushed. All in all, it was a very disappointing experience. For a 1300NT dinner buffet, most of the food was terrible. The fried foods had thick batter, and it was cold and hard to chew. The roast beef was tough and hard to chew as well. Most of the hot food was too salty or sugary or bland, and the desserts were mediocre. They tasted dry and not very fresh. Any bakery on the street would have better cake.
