Abominable. Rubber steak that was of course not "New York strip" but rather a cheap cut of tough, leathery chuck roast or similar at best; undercooked frozen salmon; uncooked pasta. Pasta was almost still refrigerated. Perhaps the chef is an undergrad from NTU? Overpriced student-cooked food that I wouldn't feed my dog. Shame on you people. I would expect this in PRC, not TW. ...

🥩應該算是公館這附近總體來說最優質的平價牛排店。 這家店在這邊應該也開了超過十年了，算是蠻屹立不搖的牛排店，週末通常都要大排長龍，這次來大概在外面等了約20分鐘才入座，內用大概一次只能接十五組客人，但有限時60分鐘。 遇排隊，先去跟店員拿菜單，店員會畫記號碼，門口有叫號機。 菜單品項種類蠻多元的，從較平價的基礎牛排豬排、到較高價位的排餐或海陸套餐、還有鐵板漢堡類，品項算是相當多元。 我這次點的是小份的原塊厚切牛排，預設的七分熟仍然會帶有血水，如果完全不想看到血水的可以一開始就要求全熟。肉質以這個價位來說算不錯的，而且厚度夠所以口感很好。 套餐我是點C套餐、海鮮酥皮濃湯，但我不建議點C套餐，如果真的要的話可以考慮A套餐選餐包，不然就是很餓看要不要點π套餐，不然C套餐我是覺得不太划算，因為沙拉很小一份；酥皮海鮮濃湯的「酥皮」非常好吃，是高級的酥皮，但底部湯跟免費的湯品差不多，說是海鮮濃湯，但只比自助吧區的玉米濃湯多了一個蝦仁、幾粒蝦米，再多的我也吃不出來還有多什麼海鮮，覺得這樣叫海鮮湯很假，不如直接喝免費湯，升級並不划算。 自助吧區有甜湯、牛肉羅宋湯、玉米濃湯、可樂機、紅茶、開水。牛肉羅宋湯和甜湯還不錯。 餐點方面，整體來說還不差，應該是這附近數一數二的平價牛排了。不過這家店用了大量的西洋芹，生菜沙拉、玉米濃湯、海鮮濃湯裡面都有，如果跟我一樣討厭西洋芹味道的要留意。 服務方面分兩塊，一個是服務態度、一個是流程設計。服務態度方面完全可以給滿分，外場是兩個外籍移工，但華語已經很流利，溝通沒有問題，而且問話答話都帶著笑臉。 但流程就比較尷尬了，首先是出餐順序相當彈性，我原本看不太懂菜單上強調點π套餐出餐會按照順序是什麼意思，實際上餐之後就知道了，因為你可能排餐都已經上來了但麵包還沒烤好之類的，其實還蠻搞笑的，尤其是像這樣在菜單上寫「點π套餐可以延長內用時間、出餐也會按照順序」，我是覺得有點奇妙啦，有一種你明明可以照順序，但如果你不點我想要你點的類型的話我就不給你方便的這種感覺。但是嘛，這問題也沒很嚴重，所以我綜合下來給個三分，但寫詳細點，會介意的自己斟酌。
