I stayed here for 30 days, in all fairness the place is not bad. I made a bit of a mistake by renting here on a 30 day lease instead of just using an app and staying here as needed. I feel you can save more money and get better deals at KV mansion by using the apps. Unless you REALLY intend to stay here long term. Then the the cost is near 9000 baht a month.||I paid $915.00 USD (31,000 baht) rent & deposit to move in. Renting here on a lease was a mistake on my part because of course i’m from the US and I had to out of pocket some cleaning supplies and pay to wash the sheets a few times and it started to make me nervous when it became clear that the charges they wanted for these extra services was not cheap and would be deducted from my deposit when I moved out. I think it would have gone along ways if the management would have helped with a few changes of sheets.||The place had some issues I didn't carefor. One was the slider door in my room didn't lock, The road out front gets busy and can be a little much with how fast the cars are passing while walking on the side trying to make your way to the On Nut BTS. And a little more english from the staff would have helped but it worked out. AND the cook I dont think he liked us.. lol||Now the good stuff. The place was safe with little risk of theft. The internet was also good. The staff is mostly nice, the place is also mostly nice, with a cute front patio for sitting. With a nice location in On Nut that has great access to the BTS to go anywhere and a good amount of food choices in 5-10 mins walk. ||I’ll always remember my stay for 30 days...
Read moreVery large studio room with a balcony. Great air conditioning and decent wi-fi. There is a large fridge in the room, with complimentary bottles of water provided. Very friendly staff too.
The bed was huge. The mattress was a bit hard but was comfortable and easy to get used to. The hotel offered a great and cheap laundry service and also a shuttle service to the local BTS station (On Nut), although it is only a 5 min walk.
Great bathroom/wet room and shower, and the air con was sufficient to keep the room cool (very hot and humid in Bangkok).
The area was good, there are several street food vendors close to the station and numerous places to shop. As mentioned, On Nut BTS station is very close and regular, air conditioned, trains run to the centre of the city.
Very nice place, if you're travelling on a budget, I would recommend it to anyone and would definitely...
Read moreGood value for money really considering the location, is 5 mins walk from the busy Sukhumvit Rd & On Nut bts. My brief stay was ok , it’s a clean hotel , seating outside. Has a restaurant & laundry service but did not use. Massage shop at ground floor entrance. They also have a free tuk tuk 🛺 to the bts but again , did not use it .
Many other massage shops & numerous great food choices nearby. The Lotus mall is next to the station too ,
my room was quiet ( I requested one not at the front ) large sofa , chair , big wardrobe space. Small balcony with sink outside , the bathroom although was small , was adequate. Very hot shower 🚿was great
Had a kettle , fridge & microwave in room. Bed was comfy as it had a topper. Otherwise I suspect it to be a quite firm mattress. Cleaning staff helpful & friendly. Overall a nice...
