This is a HORRIBLE hotel! Do not stay here. The lobby is deceptive as it looks new but, if your given a room on floor 5 or below, DO NOT ACCEPT. The hotel room was soo dusty and old it looked like a 1970s horror film. The wallpaper was stained and peeling, I sat down and the bed was dusty and itchy and the bathroom was unacceptable to say the least. We complained about our pre-booked room and was told that we had to pay and extra 200 baht to upgrade to a renovated room. (Even though ads all mention the hotel was “newly renovated”) We paid because it was late and level 6 and 7 were the only renovated rooms in the hotel. It was like a different hotel, however the bad service and deceiving nature of the hotel left a very bad taste in my mouth. P.S My father got food poisoning and it was pouring outside so I asked for an extra bottle of water for him, the hotel refused even after I offered to pay for it so I had to run across the road in the pouring rain to the 7-11 to buy my sick father water. Just the level of service you’ll get here. Do yourself a favour...

DONT BOOK WITH THEM!!!!!!!… I did my reservation MONTHS ago, for no reason they cancelled my reservation one week before my trip, I’m going from Mexico to Thailand, this is a really long and planned trip, they said “it was cancelled”, no reason, no explanation, no nothing… just cancelled, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!, I contacted hotel directly and the lady said she can not help me because she is not the one who cancel reservations and reservation team are in Indonesia, not Thailand, so then she can not do anything…. I send an email and no options offered, just they cancelled without any reason, but I know they cancelled because I got a good price and they preferred to give my booking to another person at a higher price…. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!! If you like me are planning a trip to Chiang Mai, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, they will cancel reservation just...

Couldn't believe how close this hotel was to the train station. Across the road, how convenient. Just walked over and bought our tickets to Phitsanulok. Easy peasy. A little restaurant outside the station entrance was perfect for a takeaway lunch for our train trip, and cheap. You can order full meals here also. The hotel room was not big but comfy, clean and had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Has an elevator. Not as much noise as we expected. Hardly any actually. We included breakfast, a great price deal, which we had in the restaurant next door. Al la carte. 7eleven store next door. Only approx. 20 minute walk to Ping River, a little longer to the market. Their is a lovely cafe/restaurant on the river also|| Would definitely stay here if needing to catch the train again. Really great price...

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. I didn’t scroll down to the bottom to read all the reviews, I only saw the good ones so I decided to book a room here. When I arrived at the reception, it was so new and clean as if it’d just just been opened. However, when I went up to 4th floor where I was staying, I felt a lot different as soon as the door opened. The hallway was completely dark. The room smelled dusty and smelled of damp. The worst was the bathroom, it smelled so bad and I felt unclean after having a shower there. I actually booked the hotel for 2 nights but I couldn’t stand it anymore so I left the hotel one day earlier. I would not recommend it.

Worst experience I’ve had at hotel in some time. Rooms are not clean, not that cheap, it’s out of the way and hard to find. Pool and common areas are decent enough. Staff is helpful and attentive, as much as they can be, given the advanced state of disrepair of the entire property! Major RENOVATIONS needed. I paid (~$16/nt) to have a terrible bed and a broken A/C the first night. Best part of my experience was the pool...and the mountain view...although the pigeon sh*t covering the balcony made it uninhabitable for more than a quick photo-op! In the words of Betty Davis...”WHAT A DUMP!”

I really wish I had stayed here—this place is awesome! The design and decor are super stylish and unique. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, making you feel right at home. I even got my train tickets here, and the process was quick and efficient. You’ll always know the time because of the many clocks around the place, which adds a quirky and cool vibe. Plus, the couch is so comfy—it’s the perfect spot to relax. Next time, I’m definitely staying here. The location is also fantastic, with plenty of food options nearby. Highly recommend!
