Cha Chiangmai Luxury — Hotel in Chiang Mai Province

I loved my stay at this place. I have stayed here for close to 3 and half months through March 2024. I initially planned to stay for a week but the reasonable prices especially long stay discounts, the very comfortable and modern room and facilities and the extremely helpful staff made me keep extending my stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Its a very new hotel as of the time of this review and the ambience, decor of the hotel is very modern and aesthetic . Lot of sunlight through the rooms. It is just a few minutes from the center of the city. Yet the surrounding is very peaceful, no traffic and quiet to meditate.

All the staff especially, the manager Aek is very responsive ,respectful and would go out of his way to help and make my stay very comfortable. The hotel receptionists especially First were very cordial and would always greet us with a genuine smile. The kitchen staff made delicious Thai food . The internet connection is very strong, fast , reliable and uninterrupted . I was able to get a lot of work done with no issues throughout the stay.

If you are staying for a longer period, I suggest you email the hotel directly if you want a reasonable price. I extended my stay for a month each month and they gave me a very good offer which included laundry service and either breakfast or lunch everyday.

I love Chiang Mai. Its a developed city with great infrastructure yet feels like a small town with open, warm and friendly locals. The next time Im in Chiang Mai, I’m looking forward to staying at this...

Booked a room with free breakfast, early check-in and complimentary room upgrade.The early check-in I can understand is of course subject to availability but free breakfast was not honored and they only have one room type so free upgrade is impossible. Rather than taking responsibility, the hotel blamed TRIP.com and asked me to take up with them. Also charged THB 500 for a cracked wine glass on check-out. Seemed expensive for a cheap wine glass and not sure if that is standard practice for hotels in Chiang Mai but the whole process was not...

The good stuff first Room was ok but the shower sporadic with temperature LUXURY ? there is none here that we found STAFF have busy online phone lives inattentive and unresponsive took me three days to have my tea bags and sugar replaced 30 baht for a coffee and by far the worst ever tasted It’s a 150 baht or more ride to anywhere If I was you I’d give this one a miss we booked for 7 days and regret it Good for One night...
