Hotel Review:I recently stayed at Ratchada Boutique Hotel and had a wonderful experience that I feel compelled to share.Staff: The staff at the hotel truly made my stay exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help. The front desk team was efficient and accommodating, answering all my questions and providing excellent recommendations for local dining and attractions. Housekeeping staff were equally friendly and respectful, ensuring that my room was always tidy and well-stocked. It's clear that the team is well-trained and takes pride in delivering great service.Cleanliness: One of the standout features of the hotel was the cleanliness. The common areas, including the lobby, hallways, and dining spaces, were spotless and well-maintained. My room was immaculate upon arrival, with fresh linens and a thorough cleaning that left no detail overlooked. The bathrooms were also pristine, which is often a significant concern for travelers. It was evident that cleanliness is a priority for the management and staff, which greatly enhanced my comfort during my stay.Service: The overall service at the hotel exceeded my expectations. Whether it was the prompt room service, the attentive waitstaff in the restaurant, or the quick response to any requests I had, the level of service was consistently impressive. I particularly appreciated the little touches, such as complimentary water bottles and a friendly note from the manager, which made me feel valued as a guest. In summary, Ratchada Boutique Hotel offers a fantastic experience thanks to its dedicated staff, immaculate cleanliness, and top-notch service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I look forward to returning...
Read moreThe girl at front desk name Ningning is the only problem, all that she can say is “sorry cannot”. I wanted to manage booking, all she said was “sorry, cannot”, even when I asked her for her name and when I wanted to talk to someone else or the manager. What happened is the first day I stayed in the superior room which is bigger and there’s space for my luggage. As I book day by day( to see if I like the hotel or not, cus internet is not always accurate), at night during my first day of stay, I didn’t see the superior option for the second day. So I had to book a standard one. On the second day in the morning, I checked Agoda (booking site) again and the superior room is even cheaper than the standard. So I ask if they can help me with changing the booking on the phone. Then Ningning picked up, with her unhelpful attitude, she even refused to tell me her name, but I found out right away from her name tag at the reception. Lady, maybe you have your own problems, but having a negative attitude doesn’t do you good. I have to mention, Rainy from reception is professional and helpful. She helped me check in early, offered to help me with booking....
Read moreBest hotel in Bangkok!!! Loved this hotel so much I decided to stay an additional month! Can't wait to come back next time I'm in Bangkok.
Some highlights: really chic and beautiful decor, rooms that are almost perfectly silent at night, super comfortable beds and the bathroom has a rain shower. Staff are so friendly and thoughtful and really make you feel at home.
Unsure why this is labeled as 3 stars on Agoda, it feels a lot more like a 4 star hotel.
It's a great spot for digital nomads because the internet is quite fast (50 mbs+) and the hotel has a coworking space + cafe on the ground level. They also had some great deals on monthly rates when I was there.
The location is incredible as well. It's a 5 minute walk away from a metro station, two night markets including the famous Ratchada Train Market, and lots of delicious street food and cafes. It's fairly close on the metro to the city center but still feels authentic and not overly touristy. IMO even after being in Bangkok for a month, this was still one of my favorite neighborhoods for...
