I have been coming here for many years and recently seen the quality dropping off alot and prices creeping up too, in the menu they are putting price increase stickers over stickers and over stickers, this is not good especially when you pay a 10% service charge and then VAT on top of that, it's getting very expensive for the average man now and where once upon a time would be going weekly with my business colleagues, is now only a monthly treat. the SERVICE from cashier and reception is not impressive. I have arranged a dinner meeting with asean team mate of 32 paxs. I did a room booking and inform to apply VIP card discount prior the date about a month ago. Everytime i contact the admin girl, i always have not impressive and not helpful experiences.
