I personally wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. When I booked this spot online it was for a queen bed, but when we checked in and were taken to our room we had two twin/full sized beds. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. It was quite literally a thin sleeping pad on a wooden frame. When we tried talking to someone at the front reception area we were constantly given the run around. The gentleman who is always at the front who claims to be their “marketing” agent pretended like he didn’t understand English well, but later on I saw him giving workers full instructions in English on what to clean and having full on conversations with guests in English. We were given a number to reach out to the owner on WhatsApp and he also kept giving us excuses and the run around. He said they ran out of queen beds which is crazy bc why wouldn’t you say that while we are checking in? How do you run out of something that I booked weeks in advance? Owner also said someone “tried” to come to our room to talk to us, but didn’t bc we had the “do not disturb” sign. Which is also crazy bc someone still came in our room while we were out to drop off clean towels. No one bothered leaving a note, stopping us when we came back to the hotel or sending us a message on WhatsApp. We ended up leaving one night early because of the poor customer service and not being given the actual room we booked and paid for. Refused to refund us as well for the last night we didn’t stay there. The Thai staff were kind and helpful, but it was more so the foreigners who run the hotel and think it’s okay to pick and choose when they...

I came having been poisoned by a toxic mold infestation at another hotel and needed to recover, I told the owner this and she said they didn’t have such an issue. First thing I see when room door opens is a bug run across the floor and a wave of musty smell hit my face. I run back to my buddies hotel to grab a HEPA filter to see if it was doable and turn on the AC.
Within a few hours I left. The closet and wooden panels have some fruiting bodies on it upon closer inspection. No amount of HEPA filtration got rid of the smell of mold, my lungs were constricted, the AC was spitting out more mold having not been sufficiently cleaned. It took me a day to recover from my 2 hours in there. To add insult to injury there was a black hornet in the room I couldn’t get out.
If you have any health or respiratory issues I would wait until the property is fully renovated. I’d recommend owners keep dehumidifiers in the room after a professional mold treatment to avoid all the wood...
