Nai Dam Restaurant — Restaurant in Kathu

Found this randomly in Phuket while I was craving for local food!!!

This is a Classic Chinese Thai restaurant along the road. Their signature crab curry with noodles are darn good. The yellow noodles seem handmade. Has a bouncy Q springy texture with generous serving of crabs.

The green curry is classic Thai style too. You can taste the freshness of all Ingredients.

Will I come again yes. Will I recommend this place...

👉 #แกงปู ลองเส้นทั้ง 2 แบบ เส้นหมี่ และหมี่หุ้น ปกติจะคุ้นเคยกับเส้นหมี่มากกว่า หมี่หุ้นกินครั้งแรกก็ดีนะ ส่วนแกงมีความเข้มข้นมาก แต่เผ็ดโหดมากเช่นกัน ไม่ออกหวานเยอะ แต่เนื้อปูดูน้อยไปนิดนึง

👉 #ออส่วน ผัดกำลังดี ไม่แห้งไป ไม่มันเยิ้ม หอยสด แป้งไม่เยอะ รสชาดกลมกล่อม หอม อร่อยมาก กินหมดเกลี้ยงเลย

👉 #ปลาเต้าซี่ ปลาสด เครื่องดี มีฝีมือ แต่เลี่ยน ๆ ไปหน่อย เลยกินได้ไม่เยอะ

👉 น้ำมะตูมหอมชื่นใจถือว่าดี น้ำกระเจี๊ยบก็อร่อยใช้ได้ ทั้ง 2 อย่าง ไม่หวานมาก กินมาหลายที่ในภูเก็ต ร้านนี้ดีสุดแระ

👉 มะม่วงเบาแช่อิ่ม ตัวมะม่วงไม่กรอบ มีความยุ่ยนิดนึง น้ำเชื่อมก็เฉย ๆ กินแก้เผ็ดก็สดชื่นดี
