Bhu Tarn Koh Chang Resort & Spa — Hotel in Ko Chang

My husband and I stayed here from Sunday to Sunday. The room itself is spectacular and probably the nicest we've ever had when on vacation. They are large, spacious, and clean. Awesome shower, and bathrobe and slippers for after your awesome shower. ||||Breakfast is included and is at the Klong Prao resort, a short walk away, and right next to that is your beach. Best beach in my opinion. It's cleaner, the sand is nicer, and there's actually some space to hangout on the beach here unlike other parts of the island (where the water seems to cover much of the sand). ||||The service here is a little strange. We found a huge bug, showed a picture of it to the front desk to ask if it was dangerous. "Champ" at the front told us it could bite and would be dangerous, and that housekeeping would take care of it. We went to dinner and found it still hanging out in our room upon our return, so we called the front desk again and he refused to come help with it, said housekeeping had already gone home for the evening. "nooo, sorreeee" was his response several times. I had to put my foot down (i.e. tell him no way, you're going to help me with this) and managed to get help. ||||Other than that, it was the only odd mishap. The resort itself is good and a nice place to stay. Another thing to think about is that there isn't much nightlife in the area (nonexistent and the only thing we were missing). We don't party, but like to grab a drink at night amongst others- this wasn't really possible...

ห้องพักขนาดใหญ่​ดี​ และแบ่งพื้นที่เป็นสัดส่วนภายในอย่างลงตัว​ และสวยงาม แขกผู้เข้าพักไม่พลุกพล่าน​ เราใช้บริการ​ เดือนกุมภาพันธ์​ 2562 มีอุปกรณ์​ภายในห้องครบมากทุกอย่างแม้กระทั่ง​ เข็ม​ ด้าย​ และที่ตะไบเล็บ​ สระว่ายน้ำ​ ดีไม่ลึกจนเกินไป​ สามารถว่ายได้ แบบสบาย​ มีสระเด็ก​ และเก้าอี้ภายในสระไว้พักนั่งเวล​าว่ายเหนื่อยๆและยังมีระบบน้ำฉีดภายใต้สระเพื่อใช้นวดตัวได้ด้วย ระเบียงด้านหลังห้องจะมองเห็นวิวทะเลสาบ​ มีป่าไม้ชายเลน​ มองเห็นภูเขา​ ต้นไม้​ ยังมีความเป็นธรรม​ชาติ​มาก​ มีสะพานแพ​ลอยบนน้ำไว้ให้เดินเชื่อมต่อไป​ โรงแรมคลองพร้าวรีสอร์ท​ได้​ เพราะเป็นโรงแรมเครือเดียวกัน​ ส่วนระเบียงหลังห้อง​ มีเบาะนั่งเล่นขนาดกว้าง​ ไว้นั่ง, ​ นอนอาบแดด, นอนอ่านหนังสือ​, หรือทำโยคะได้​ แถมยังไว้มองดูวิวทิวทัศน์​รอบๆไปได้ด้วย​ ดีมาก ห้องน้ำแบ่งเป็น​ 4 โซน​ ห้องน้ำจะติดกับระเบียงทางด้านหลังสามารถ​เปิด​ ม่าน​ เพื่อมองวิวด้านนอกได้ด้วย​ ส่วนรายละเอียดของห้องน้ำก็จะแบ่งออกเป็นโซน​ๆ​ เช่นโซนที่ใช้ทำความสะอาด มีอ่างล้างมือ​มีให้ 2 อ่าง​, โซนอาบน้ำมีประตูกระจกกั้นไว้สำหรับปิด-เปิด​ แยกส่วนกันกับโซนที่เป็นชักโครก​ และแยกจากโซนอ่างอาบน้ำแช่ตัวด้วย​ อ่างอาบน้ำแช่ตัวมีขนาดใหญ่​ ลงแช่ตัวได้ไม่อึดอัด​ และในห้องน้ำยังมีหน้าต่าง​ระบายอากาศ​ สามารถ​เปิดออกได้เวลาอาบน้ำตอนเช้าจะได้ยินเสียงนกร้อง​ด้วย เพิ่มบรรยากาศ​สดชื่น​ ในขณะอาบน้ำได้​ด้วย​ ห้องนอน​ เตียงนอนกว้าง​ นอนสบาย​ สะอาด​ กลิ่นหอม​ด้วย​ โดยรวมดีหมด​ พึ่งเข้าพักเป็นครั้งแรก​ พาเพื่อนมาพักด้วย​ เพื่อนที่มาด้วยประทับใจ​ ห้องที่พักมากๆ​ แต่อาจจะกลัว​ไปบ้าง​ เรื่องการเดินไปใช้บริการที่โรงแรมคลองพร้่าว เพราะเข้าถึงได้ด้วยสะพานเชื่อม​ และสะพาน​ เป็นลักษณะ​เหมือนสะพานแพ​ อยู่บนน้ำเวลาเดินจะขยับได้ตามจังหวะการก้าวของเท้า แต่เราชอบมากเพราะรู้สึกท้าทายดี​ แต่ถ้าคนกลัวก็อาจจะใช้​เส้นทางอื่นเพื่อเข้าถึงได้​ เดินไปทางถนนไม่ไกล​ เข้าทางด้านหน้าโรงแรมคลองพร้าว หรือขับรถส่วนตัวไปก็ได้ใช้เวลานิดเดียว​อีกอย่างที่ชอบคือ​ ลูกค้าจากโรงแรมภูธารเกาะช้าง​ สามารถไปใช้หาด​ และสระว่ายน้ำ​ และบริการอื่นๆของบริเวณ​โรงแรม​คลอง​พร้าว​รี​สอร์ท​ได้ด้วย​ เราก็ไปพายเรือคายัคมาไม่แพง​ 1 ชม.​ ราคา​ 150​ บาท ที่ตั้งโรงแรมคลองพร้าวจะอยู่ติดถนนเส้นทางก็ฝั่งเดียวกันกับ​ โรงแรมภูธารเกาะช้างเลยส่วนโรงแรมภูธาร​ จะอยู่ติดถนน​เหมือนกัน​ รถสามารถ​เข้าถึงได้โดยง่าย​ มีที่จอดรถให้​ แต่รถอาจจะต้องตากแดดหน่อยเพราะที่จอดไม่มีหลังคา​ ส่วน​ Wifi มีให้บริการในห้องและทั่วบริเวณของโรงแรมภูธาร​ แต่บางครั้งภายในห้อง​ มีสะดุด​ ช้าบ้างเหมือนกัน​ ในบางครั้ง​ เวลาที่เราไปใช้บริการที่โรงแรมคลองพร้าวก็สามารถแจ้งกับฝ่ายต้อนรับได้ว่าขอ​ WiFi​ เพื่อใช้ในบริเวณของโรงแรมคลองพร้าวได้​ด้วย​ พนักงานของทั้งสองโรงแรมถือว่าบริการดี​ และสุภาพ​ อาจจะมีพนักงานส่วนน้อยในบริเวณ​ Breakfast ของโรงแรมคลองพร้าวบางคน​ ไม่ค่อยยิ้มแย้ม​ เท่าที่ควร​ แต่โดยรวมก็ถือว่าดี​ จะกลับมาใช้บริการใหม่ถ้ามีโอกาส​ และหวังว่าจะได้รับการเปลี่ยนแปลงการให้บริการที่ดีขึ้น​ได้ในโอกาสต่อไป ห้องของโรงแรมภูธาร​เกาะช้าง​ เหมาะ​มากกับคู่รัก​ และผู้เข้าพักแบบครอบครัว​ มีความเป็นส่วนตัวมาก​ ขอให้ทางโรงแรมคงสภาพการบริการ​ และสภาพ​แวดล้อมแบบนี้ต่อไปนะคะ​ ติดนิดเดียว​ราคาห้องพักสูงไป​ แต่จะพยายาม​หาโปรดีๆ​ หรือเข้าพักช่วง​ low session อาจจะ​ได้ราคาที่ประหยัดลง

The hotel is quite and private Surrounded by Nature Good and polite service staff the room are beautiful decorated and perfect proportioned Wifi signal is ok just some time get missing signal hotel have car parking but no roof to protect they Breakfast is buffet But have to walk or drive to use service at other hotels that are in the same group And can use services such as swimming pool, fitness, kayaking, Thai massage...

Our stay was so comfortable at this hotel. The room that we stayed was quite clean and comfortable. Although we had a problem about the electrical outlets after entering our room, the staff helped us and solved the problem quickly. The air conditioning system works well.

The receptionists are attentive and helpful about everything. They are also fluent in English.

The location of the hotel is perfect because it is located in the middle of the western coast of the island. You can go either the westward or eastward easily. The hotel is not far from the center. There are also some massage shops, barbershops 💈and restaurants. There is a supermarket just next to the hotel and you can find some basic goods, foods and drinks.

You can walk to the beach 🏖️ in 5 minutes. The beach is really beautiful and sandy.

In overall, this is a budget friendly hotel and if I go to Koh Chang I’ll definitely stay...
