The most unprofessional place we have ever slept in! A story worth reading before booking a night there: We arrived at 18:30 PM and immediately got the room, a not bad room at first glance and we decided to go to the pool to watch the sunset. We went down to the pool, the owner of the place and her family were sitting in the pool with 5 dogs, 2 dogs came to us (one was friendly and the other bared his teeth) We tried to move away and he came closer, the owner told him from a distance to stop. So we stood at a distance from the pool and watched the sunset, not 2 minutes had passed and one of the dogs ran up to us and bit my partner in the back, then 2 more dogs joined him and circled us, while the owner trying to tell them to stop (only from a distance, she did not approach to the dogs). We ran away to the room and one of the dogs just stood outside our room. After the dog left and we calmed down from the incident (around 19:00 PM), we called the owner of the place and she rudely said that it was not her fault nor her responsibility because the specific dog that bite belonged to the neighbor from 'Danup villa'. She then called her neighbor and the neighbor said she would pay for the examination at a hospital (only if the doctor decides that it is indeed her dog that bit). At this time one of the dogs outside our room is baring its teeth every moment we try to leave. We told the owner of the place that it was wrong and she told us that we could just go to another hotel. She did not take responsibility, did not try to compensate. That's how we found ourselves looking for a place to sleep in the middle of the night in the dark.

Read moreDishonest and unpolite owner. She lacks any integrity and basic manners. She run her place like a flee market and gives different prices to each person. I revealed that my neighbors at similar villas pay less than me. When I brought it up to her she lied in my face. Later on when I finished my month there and it was time to extend my stay I talked with her again about the price. I was very gentle, however she got mad and gave me ultimatum to decide if I stay in 24 hours. I was there with my brother and he was eating breakfast at their restaurant everyday. I was eating there breakfast everyday few days. When we brought this up to her attention she just got madder. Eventually we decided to swallow our pride and stay there for more. Then she suddenly said that it's ok, but next month there is a booking for my room, which was very unlikely at this period of covid-19 and also a bit odd that from all the rooms my room has been booked. She didn't even have the courage to tell it to me directly and she sent my brother a message to let me know of this.
Furthermore, without relation to this she never said hello. Even before our debate with her.
And when we left very oddly our electricity bill was high almost as our deposit. Needles to say, she didn't even say goodbye or thank you... she simply gave us back our little change and...
Read moreAwful service. The staff are never available in the office (which acts as reception there). First surprise as soon as I arrived: they have a 3% charge if you pay by credit card. After I made the payment, the employee accompanied me into the bungalow, but gave no key (said she would bring it 20 minutes later). An hour passed, but no-one came with the key. I went to the office, but there was no-one. The only employee present on site was the cook. The staff there have a weird habit: every time they needed to say something to me, they shouted from behind my back: "Hellooo!".
