- first day - the floor was sandy. We didnt say anything. The liquid soap dispenser at the sink is not functioning well. - Slippery toilet floor. Had to rinse multiple times. - Our kids made the a little chocolate stain on the duvet. It should be able to come off with proper cleaning. But we were told to pay 4000THB for 2 sheets. It wasn't all that clean in the first place. They told us that since we made the chocolate stain, it made the duvet unusable and they need to buy new ones. Clearly they didn't care about cleanliness because they reused previously already stained duvet. - They even suggested for us to bring the duvet to laundrette and clean them by ourselves. This happened when we just arrived from our excursion with my wife holding my 1 year old who was sleeping. Not empathy at all. - We feel you they trying to trick/scam us? For another duvet, accusing for the stain we didnt do. Not coming from us. And again we don't think they even tried to wash their duvet properly/at all. - Blood stain on pillow sheet. Pink stain on pillow sheets. Coffee cup didnt wash when make up the room. The pool has green algae. Not clean. - We were trying not to be petty customer, we were just want to have fun here. But we feel disappointed how you put us into this position. I was carrying my baby when you ask and accuse us. Zero consideration to our situation when we just got back from our 4 island tour. We were exhausted. - the staff is not a good communicator. still insist asking us to pay for the duvet. when it is supposed not to be our problem if they don't have competent laundrette. -the manager accused us for shouting. when we were NOT. he was the one who doesn't know how to communicate. the whole time we speak in a very civilised manner. He even threatened to call the police if we don't pay. This is daylight robbery.

We stayed here for one night. Booked the suite with 2 bedrooms and a private pool. We had travelled for 60 hours without sleep so were really looking forward to our shuttle bus waiting at the airport, however it wasn’t there and the taxi people were hassling us. We phoned the hotel and they fixed it. We then arrived at the hotel at 8.10pm and weren’t allowed in the pool because it shut at 8pm 😧 However… The staff were really really nice, polite, helpful. The food was delicious. The hotel was really clean and very new. The pools were absolutely amazing. There’s an infinity one on the roof and a really amazing pool with jacuzzi and kids slide and a bar. Breakfast was a really nice selection and again pristinely presented. We had a shuttle tuk tuk into Ao Nang. The hotel looked after our bags. They also arranged a shuttle bus for us to our next hotel in Tubkaek. Overall, we were there one night and even though we had a couple of issues with the taxi and pool at the start but… we still easily give this hotel 10 out of 10. The staff were just so nice we can’t give it any less and it doesn’t deserve any less. It was the perfect stopover and my daughter and our friends loved it. It was a perfect start to our Krabi experience. We were treated with care, respect, smiles and are super happy. We have made a Krabi YouTube video and have a lot of clips of this place. Thanks everyone at the hotel and the drivers etc. Lovely! Our YouTube video https://youtu.be/dSroOWbYM2o

Stayed at this hotel 17nights. Have a honeymoon room. Arrived with hotel transport 800thb. Not cheap but thats ok we arrived late. The staff are friendly ,greet us at the lobby. We get room which we wanted. On 5th floor with really nice view to the mountains ,jungle around ,swimming pool. We found prepared bed with the leaves of the Red roses. The room service doing their job well. Nothing bad to say. The things you need to know also: The staff speaks little english. We dont have problem ,but sometimes it can be. Restourant. Well breakfast is included but the food are almost the same always . No changes and not a big variety to choose from ,especially from meat. The sad things that there's no desserts. Just some fruit's which are also not the best taste you can find in krabi. When you buy lunch or dinner food its ok some prices are higher than in city but not so mutch. You can dring coctails at the swimming pool . The barmen its so nice guy! He s trying his best. So the pool also ok. But dont understand why they shutt down all the lights so early and its not allowed to swim 8-9pm. This should be changed i think. So in general its a good hotel to stay for really relaxing holidays. Not too mutch crowded, offers free transportation in their working hours to the beachline. We left the hotel 5o clock so they packed us some drinks and some breakfast to the boxes! That was so nice from their side.

I recently completed a five-night stay at this hotel, and I would advise potential guests to proceed with caution! This was the first of three hotels we would be visiting during our two-week trip in Thailand. From the moment we arrived, the staff's demeanor was surprisingly cold and uninviting, which caught me off guard. During check-in, I confirmed that I had booked two single beds since I was traveling with my mother. To my dismay, I was informed that only one bed was available. When I requested the twin beds I had paid for, the staff made me feel as though they were doing me a favor by accommodating my request. They eventually provided us with twin beds by simply changing the sheets and duvets, a process that took about ten minutes. Honestly, if it had been that much of a hassle, I would have preferred to do it myself. If you enjoy a firm mattress and a very thin pillow, this hotel might suit your preferences. On our first evening, as we were heading out for dinner, we approached the concierge about several tours we were interested in booking. We were led to believe we were getting a fantastic deal, but had I not researched the tours beforehand and calculated the prices, I would have ended up paying twice as much as I did on Viator for the same experiences one of which I booked whilst sitting with lady as she spoken to me about what she could offer. So, if you stay here, avoid booking tours through the hotel to prevent being overcharged. ||Now, let’s talk about breakfast—the most important meal of the day. Two words: skip it! |I’ve traveled extensively, and I’ve never encountered anything like this. The food was left uncovered, with fried eggs sitting out to get cold, and boiled eggs that were no better. The sausages and ham were served in water, likely the same liquid they came in from the can. Each day, we hoped it would improve, but it never did. ||When it was time to check out, I was informed that someone needed to inspect my room. This was not an issue, as I had left it in the same condition I found it, with no damage whatsoever.|||A couple of minutes later, a woman approached me with a plastic bag, informing me that I needed to pay 1,000 baht for towels they claimed were damaged by hair dye. My first question to the front desk manager was how I could be sure these towels came from my room. I pointed out that the marks she mentioned looked more like dirt than hair dye and would likely wash out. I pressed again for clarification on how they could prove the towels were indeed from my room, and they admitted they hadn’t even tried to wash them. I should also mention that neither my mother nor I have dyed hair; and have braids and didn’t wash our hair during our stay. ||To demonstrate that the stains were just dirt, we used our own washing supplies and a bottle of water at the reception to show that the marks came out easily. The towels would have returned to their original state, which was an off-white color! ||It’s astonishing because many people might just pay this charge without question. While it’s not a huge amount, it’s really about the principle of the matter. It’s safe to say we won’t be returning to this hotel, nor will we recommend...

Don't stay here. Horrible experience. ||||Arrived late on the first night, was met by dirty towels, and stained, disgusting bed sheets and duvet cover. Upon request to get it changed, the singular staff member said "it's too late" to help, as housekeeping isnt here. Too late to change dirty linen? At a hotel? Mind you, this man was by far the rudest and most unprofessional worker of any venue i have ever encountered. Grunting, fuming, no apology, nothing. Should not be anywhere near guests... we didnt get to bed until 12am dealing with this simple request. We were refused any sort of refund for our 1st night after the greedy owner declined - we only wanted this mainly because of how it was handled. If handled like any other resort on earth it would not have came to this. However, if you pay for hospitality, you should receive it. No respect or decency.||||Their "shuttle bus" does not run unless you book it, so its not a shuttle bus at all. We were never told this, so the day after we were waiting nearly 2 hours in the rain for it to pick us up from town and never did. We then paid an overpriced grab to get home.||||Shocking location. Near nothing at all.||||Staff are useless. Need to be trained properly about hospitality. Guests cannot be paying this price for what you receive.||||We had our clean room light on for 2 days and they never got it cleaned. We finally had to call them directly to tell them, they then cleaned our room quickly while we sat on the balcony. Super inconvenient, and have never come across a hotel this clueless.||||We found a duvet, mattress and pillow outside our room in the pouring rain, pillow face down on the dirty ground, laying in filth. To be dried and used on the guest i assume... super unhygienic hotel.||||Bugs everywhere.||||Below average breakfast.||||Dirty plates and glasses left around the pool don't get picked up for hours.||||Rock solid bedding.
