I recently completed a five-night stay at this hotel, and I would advise potential guests to proceed with caution! This was the first of three hotels we would be visiting during our two-week trip in Thailand. From the moment we arrived, the staff's demeanor was surprisingly cold and uninviting, which caught me off guard. During check-in, I confirmed that I had booked two single beds since I was traveling with my mother. To my dismay, I was informed that only one bed was available. When I requested the twin beds I had paid for, the staff made me feel as though they were doing me a favor by accommodating my request. They eventually provided us with twin beds by simply changing the sheets and duvets, a process that took about ten minutes. Honestly, if it had been that much of a hassle, I would have preferred to do it myself. If you enjoy a firm mattress and a very thin pillow, this hotel might suit your preferences. On our first evening, as we were heading out for dinner, we approached the concierge about several tours we were interested in booking. We were led to believe we were getting a fantastic deal, but had I not researched the tours beforehand and calculated the prices, I would have ended up paying twice as much as I did on Viator for the same experiences one of which I booked whilst sitting with lady as she spoken to me about what she could offer. So, if you stay here, avoid booking tours through the hotel to prevent being overcharged. ||Now, let’s talk about breakfast—the most important meal of the day. Two words: skip it! |I’ve traveled extensively, and I’ve never encountered anything like this. The food was left uncovered, with fried eggs sitting out to get cold, and boiled eggs that were no better. The sausages and ham were served in water, likely the same liquid they came in from the can. Each day, we hoped it would improve, but it never did. ||When it was time to check out, I was informed that someone needed to inspect my room. This was not an issue, as I had left it in the same condition I found it, with no damage whatsoever.|||A couple of minutes later, a woman approached me with a plastic bag, informing me that I needed to pay 1,000 baht for towels they claimed were damaged by hair dye. My first question to the front desk manager was how I could be sure these towels came from my room. I pointed out that the marks she mentioned looked more like dirt than hair dye and would likely wash out. I pressed again for clarification on how they could prove the towels were indeed from my room, and they admitted they hadn’t even tried to wash them. I should also mention that neither my mother nor I have dyed hair; and have braids and didn’t wash our hair during our stay. ||To demonstrate that the stains were just dirt, we used our own washing supplies and a bottle of water at the reception to show that the marks came out easily. The towels would have returned to their original state, which was an off-white color! ||It’s astonishing because many people might just pay this charge without question. While it’s not a huge amount, it’s really about the principle of the matter. It’s safe to say we won’t be returning to this hotel, nor will we recommend...

Upon request to get it changed, the singular staff member said "it's too late" to help, as housekeeping isnt here. Too late to change dirty linen? At a hotel? Mind you, this man was by far the rudest and most unprofessional worker of any venue i have ever encountered. Grunting, fuming, no apology, nothing. Should not be anywhere near guests... we didnt get to bed until 12am dealing with this simple request. We were refused any sort of refund for our 1st night after the greedy owner declined - we only wanted this mainly because of how it was handled. If handled like any other resort on earth it would not have came to this. However, if you pay for hospitality, you should receive it. No respect or decency.||||Their "shuttle bus" does not run unless you book it, so its not a shuttle bus at all. We were never told this, so the day after we were waiting nearly 2 hours in the rain for it to pick us up from town and never did. We then paid an overpriced grab to get home.||||Shocking location. Near nothing at all.||||Staff are useless. Need to be trained properly about hospitality.
