The Casita Phuket — Hotel in Mai Khao

Amazing room with a pool. We were lucky to have the pool to ourselves as you might have to share the pool with your neighbouring room people.

The hotel is located in a very convenient place where there are so many restaurants around the area, but you will have to take a little walk. Or you can rent a bike around the area so you can travel easily. If you are travelling from overseas, make sure you bring a power adapter for your chargers or else you'll have to find the communication which is near to the hotel to get an adaptor. Most of the shops around the area will open around 10. :00 a.m.

The room is amazing, however there is no safety locker in the room. So please be mindful if you are bringing valuables.

The staff is amazing and their hospitality. Room service is exceptional as they do it every day.

Just stay away from this place! The room that we got stank of sewage and mold. When we complained, they offered to spray the room with perfume. There were cockroaches roaming around in the reception and the cat is walking on the tables where breakfast is served. The hygiene is below any standard. It’s a health hazard staying in this place!

The people in the reception don’t speak a word of English.

We founded finding something else, as this hotel is the worst place we’ve ever...

I overnight there because I had an early flight in the morning. It was great. The rooms are big, the pool is beautiful, it is very calm and the staff was very friendly. There is as well a little shop there to buy drinks or other stuff as well as a 7-Eleven in 10mins walk.
