Centre Point Nanai, Patong Beach — Hotel in Patong

The room is specious having balcony. Hotel staff is rarely available though so if anyone who has no remaining data in cellular phone may have trouble. When I checked in around 2pm, no staff was I available so I had to message staff via WhatsApp. When I checked out about 11am, no staff was available so I had to message and call the staff. Since no response was feasible for about one hour, I had to leave the hotel without check out process. Staff are friendly and nice though. BTW, I am not sure if previous reviews for this hotel are reliable since all of them were made at once, two months before my review. Hotel rate is reasonable and the expectations should be limited to the hotel rate considering high travel cost in Phuket. For example, swimming pool is very small without beach chairs. If you want enjoy swimming pool, it would be better finding another hotels little...
