Read moreTo start, this hotel IS NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. If you have kids with you or if you wish to get a good night's sleep, choose a different hotel. The location of this hotel is ideal, on a busy street and close to Walking Street. But it's also the location that is this hotel's biggest drawback. Because of the layout of the hotel, your room will face either the busy street or it will face the alleyway. Each room has a balcony and noise from the outside will leak into your room. If your room is facing the street, you will hear the traffic of the busy street and this street is ALWAYS busy so you will hear the traffic day and night. If your room is facing the alley, the bar behind the hotel, Bar One, plays music very loudly from about 6pm to about 6am and you will hear this in your room. This bar is never busy so I'm honestly not sure why they play music so loudly, but they do, everyday, and it will bother you. ||Bed is comfortable but rooms are inconsistent in terms of cleanliness and comfortness. The first room they put me in, the AC didn't work so I was moved to a different room, then a few days later I was moved to a different room because of plumbing issues. My friend's room had cockroaches. Bathrooms are small. I requested extra towels and was told they only provide two towels per day. There's only one elevator and the stairwell is not lit on all levels so its creepy and scary. ||Overall, it was not a horrible experience, but there are much better options at similar prices and location (literally across the street). I would only recommend if other hotels do not have...

And the lady who clean room everyday, they dont clean properly. I need to buy a deodorisant from 7/11 to put in bathroom. As the bathroom was very dirty, you dont want to use it, i felt very anxious whether i need to bath, pee or brush teeth.
Just because i removed the bed sheet, for them to change it was dirty, She asked for tips (money) to replace because they dont change sheet.
The sea view room you will not have a peacefull sleep either as noise was very disturbance from the outside, doors windows keep on vibrating by the loud sound of music.
1 day before we leave the hotel we saw the cleaning lady, we asked her to clean the room She said give tips first then she will clean , i said tomorrow is our departure i will give you before i leave, she said no cleaning today then. I thought she was joking But when we return to the room, it was the same as we left it No clean towel Water full on bath floor as there is not a proper discharge.
And the day of our departure We took our luggage outside, the lady who clean was outside, she said go, go to india, go to your country BUT WE ARE NOT EVEN FROM INDIA BRO
Shame shame.
I do not recommend this...
