There is nothing I can say about this place that was good well maybe apart the pool ||Since we tried to check in we had issues. Lady at front desk tried to make us pay 2,000Baht deposit for damages on top of room charge. ||We booked family suite. Had 1 room with double bed and en-suite. Second room if you can even call that it was a box room with a sliding doors and no window 2 beds, a broken wardrobe and chest of drawers and second toilet had no shower 🚿 ||||Our first night and one of the air con units wasn’t working in master bedroom as remote control was missing for that unit ||After calling front desk. Young man came to the room with batteries thinking that was an issue even though that wasn’t an issue after returning for the second time with a correct air con remote then batteries weren’t working so he had to go and get new batteries to come back for 3rd time. ||All this took maybe 20 min max but it was already after 10 pm. Props to him for trying ||Next day we came downstairs to have a breakfast. Which was served from 7.30-10.00 am. We came down just around 9am and tbh there wasn’t much left. Chef offered to make some scrambled eggs and we could have some sausages and some toast with some fruits on the side and not so great coffee. If you can try to look for...

This has been one of my favorite hotels in Pattaya. But the cleaning is now under all criticism. You will find used facemask forgotten, the shower area has not been cleaned since the last guest. They forget to refill with towels and toilet paper. Some things are also broken in the hotel room. TV sets are missing, cabinet doors in the kitchen are loose. But they offer me to change room due to the air-condition. But in the other room that was okay but other things missing. This hotel has a big plus that you can make your own food in the rooms. I Understand that it has been a very difficult time during the Corona pandemic, but now that guests are starting to return and they need to improve. Sorry for my opinion but right now is the truth. but hope soon better again. Right now the restaurant only served breakfast, not lunch or dinner.If you like spacious rooms for a good price, this is the hotel! I have stayed in all the different rooms the offer. Last time I stay in Grande suite who have to seperate bedrooms, livingroom, dining room and 3 toilets and I also stayed in the one room bedrooms. All rooms are bigger then must in the area.
