Went there tonight and told them a table for one. The girl at the front desk looked at me and just proceeded to do other things. I stood in front of her waiting for a response but she didn't even look at me. It felt very awkward because the normal thing to do would be to address the situation. Maybe bring me to my table or tell me if there is a wait time. I felt like if I didn't say anything she would just continue to neglect me. As I was waiting a party of four came in and she immediately sat them down. Maybe they had a reservation but the recognition between me and the party of four was a night and day difference. I used Google translate to ask her if there was a wait time, she read it and just said something in Thai and proceeded to work on finishing up the checks. I waited for almost ten minutes and I was looking all around the place seeing if anyone else in this restaurant could "see me". I showed the message again to the girl at the front desk asking how long the wait time is. She again didnt answer me...A couple came in after me and started to wait. I guess there is no such thing as a line at this place because the couple behind me were told that there were no more tables available for the rest of the night. I had to assert myself and had to ask the other worker if there was a wait time, this is when i was told the news about no more tables for the rest of the night.

I have never been ignored like this at a restaurant in my entire life. I think the girl at the front desk thought I would leave or something if she didn't look at me. Honestly, if you don't have enough tables that's fine but the girl at the front desk should not be working here. I am perplexed as to how she is still working here if she chooses to work while a customer looks straight at her for almost ten minutes with no answer. I left pretty upset, the restaurant looks good but the service right off the bat, zero. I will not be coming back after being treated like a ghost. Really horrible, I can't even begin to think about doing that to someone myself. The girl at the front desk is incompetent and I think the owner can definitely find a better worker very very easily. She should not be working here if she doesn't want to help/speak with guests coming in. Like what the heck! I will definitely be telling a lot of people about my terrible experience...

I’ve been to this BBQ restaurant several times over the years. The place is spacious, the atmosphere is comfortable and the quality of the ingredients is generally good. However, the service has always been subpar and this last visit will definitely be my last.

The staff show little to no service mind are poorly trained and their communication in Thai is often unclear and frustrating. During this recent visit, I brought a friend along, hoping for a nice meal. But the experience was extremely disappointing.

When we sat down, the staff gave us only the à la carte menu without offering the buffet menu, which we had to ask for ourselves. It felt intentional and off-putting. My friend is vegetarian and doesn’t eat meat, so the rest of us chose the 990-baht buffet set while my friend ate her own vegetarian meal. Immediately after we chose the buffet, the staff bluntly warned us that if there was any leftover food, we would be charged à la carte prices in a rude and accusatory tone. If you don’t really want to promote your buffet, then don’t advertise it in the first place.

Honestly, the buffet meat wasn’t even that impressive for the price like it used to. But what bothered me the most was how unwelcome we felt. It seemed like the staff had some sort of deep-seated trust issue. It’s hard to believe they assumed we would try to cheat the system over a meal worth less than 1,000 baht. That assumption was offensive.

I asked to speak to the manager, but the staff refused to call anyone over. My friend was so uncomfortable and decided to leave early.
