Review of The Bull -By AIIJ Ez
I usually spend my time reading both positive and negative reviews, paying close attention to how owners and staff respond. In my opinion, the way a business reacts to feedback is just as important as the product itself. Polite, natural, and respectful replies always stand out to me. I don’t often post reviews on Google, but I will start doing so more regularly.
Unfortunately, after reading through several responses from the owner of this restaurant, I have to say that the tone often comes across as hostile and dismissive when handling criticism.
Example of an owner’s response to a customer complaint:
“You came to the restaurant asking for angus when we sell only waggyu and told staff that you see it on the internet. If you take time to read the full offer you will see it comes with a date which is 27th of July. So angus offer and price only apply on this date. Staff explained it to you but you kept telling them you saw it and you demanded angus. Maybee you should put one star review to the shop who sold your glasses …”
This type of response does not appear professional. While the owner may have had valid points about the menu and promotion dates, attacking the customer personally and using sarcasm is never a good look for a business. Even a difficult or demanding guest can often be won over by patience, kindness, and respect. In history and in business, the one proven way to overcome negativity has always been with professionalism and love, not hostility.
My personal experience after reviewing multiple comments:
• I agree with many of the positive reviews that the atmosphere during events is very good a friendly place for families and groups, especially with the all-you-can-eat steak for 1h 30m promotions, which are well-handled.
• However, I also agree with the critical reviews that the steak quality is not always at the level expected based on their marketing.
• Most importantly, the treatment of customer feedback is far below standard. Every guest deserves a respectful reply, even if the business disagrees with the review.
How I personally would have handled it if I were the owner:
If a customer said the steak was not good or tasted sour, I would respond:
“Sorry, sir/miss, that your steak did not meet expectations. Please let us prepare a new one “or if in response to review” We’d be glad to welcome you back and offer you something complimentary next time. Honest reviews help us improve and we want to show you our best.”
This kind of reply builds trust, invites the customer back, and shows pride in the product.
I completely understand that a restaurant cannot replace every meal or satisfy every single disappointed guest it’s simply not realistic. However, there are always small gestures that can show care: offering a discount coupon for a next visit, lowering a price slightly, or even giving a free drink. These simple things cost very little but go a long way in building goodwill and turning a bad experience into a positive one.
Final verdict: • Food: 2/5 (steak quality below expectations) • Service: 1/5 (poor handling of feedback and unprofessional replies) • Atmosphere: 4/5 (events and family-friendly setting are strong)
Overall rating: 2/5 A restaurant with potential, but significant work is needed in customer service and professionalism when handling reviews. Even the best steak cannot save a place that doesn’t respect its guests.
If you want to try the restaurant for yourself please do and as always make an honest review and a thoughtful consumer report rather than a short casual boring rant that does not help anyone.

Read moreTL;DR: GO HERE FOR INCREDIBLE STEAK HAS A5 JAPANESE WAGYU and AUSTRALIAN WAGYU. High quality place!
The Bull is a small, very inconspicuous place. The Waiter is friendly, speaks some English but not much. You get served some fresh baked (or heated) bread with butter right away.
Regarding the most important thing; the Steak:
It is very very good. We tried the Wagyu Rumpsteak Medium and Medium Rare, both were as ordered and perfect. The salt is on the side, so you can take according to your taste. It was crisp outside, soft inside, juicy, flavorful, buttery.... amazing. On the menu they state the cut, specific marbling score and even days the cow was grass fed!
The sides were also great, the steamed vegetables were very natural and tasted fresh and the Truffle Mash was great too.
The price for this Steak Delight was very reasonable considering the quality of the meat.
Highly recommend this place if you like good Steak,...
Read moreThis was a great experience and a must try, if you are a meat lover. We shared two steaks witch is recommendable so you will have the opportunity to compare different flavors😀 Truffle mashed potatoes along with pepper sauce and mushroom sauce. The Japanese wagyu A5 ribeye was so soft and melting in your mouth. The Australian wagyu ribeye MS9 was super tender and almost at the same level. But unfair to compare the steaks, because they both were amazing. The garlic is delicious. House redwine was suitable with the steaks. Recommend for sure. 2nd visit today Monday November 18. 2024 Greek salad and salmon tatar for sharing starters. For main we shared the hanger wagyu and the ribeye wagyu. Roasted potatoes and mashed truffle potato with pepper sauce, gorgonzola sauce and bearnaise sauce. The baked garlic so good. And a bottle of frensh red wine. Absolutely top quality. 6300,- baht...
