They called Police on me for no reason. Very liked those hotel until today. I needed conference room for work. First of all, I didn't see any signs that conference room isn't free, but I decided to double check and book the time. People on the reception told me that it's going to cost 100 bath per 1 hr. I agreed. They asked me let them know 30 min before the meeting, so they can prepare the room, turn on Air conditioner and etc. I called 10:30 am and asked to prepare room for 11 am. We got a bit late, entered the room actually around 11:15, room wasn't ready. AC wasn't on, it was so hot inside. No remote for Ac, no remote for TV. Got back on reception, asked them to prepare that, give me the remotes and etc. Few workers were entering the room checked something out, we couldn't start working. After we finish, I come back to reception, checked out from conference room, and workers start to tell me that the actuall cost of conference room is 350 bath per 1 hr, they did a mistake. Because they informed me wrong we agreed that today we pay 100 bath per hr. Then they told me that we spent 4 hours in the room and I have to pay 400. I told them that we need to deduct 1 hr for the inconvenience, because room wasn't ready+we couldn't fully work while workers were entering the room. Which in fact our meeting was 3 hours and 1 hour we were solving technical questions. Workers didn't even want to listen to me, didn't listen to my arguments and start to scare me. Told me if I don't pay now, they are calling police. I agreed. In 5 minutes 2 officers with guns arrived. I explained them situation, they talked to the stuff, and they start to joke with me, asked me to pay 400 and just forget about it and everyone will be happy. The situation was actually funny. But I don't think that it's a good customer service for this level of hotel, when stuff can't properly explain what they want, they don't listen to you and call police right away:) in fact, I had 500 deposit for the room, they could hold this money and don't try to scare...
