They called Police on me for no reason. Very liked those hotel until today. I needed conference room for work. First of all, I didn't see any signs that conference room isn't free, but I decided to double check and book the time. People on the reception told me that it's going to cost 100 bath per 1 hr. I agreed. They asked me let them know 30 min before the meeting, so they can prepare the room, turn on Air conditioner and etc. I called 10:30 am and asked to prepare room for 11 am. We got a bit late, entered the room actually around 11:15, room wasn't ready. AC wasn't on, it was so hot inside. No remote for Ac, no remote for TV. Got back on reception, asked them to prepare that, give me the remotes and etc. Few workers were entering the room checked something out, we couldn't start working. After we finish, I come back to reception, checked out from conference room, and workers start to tell me that the actuall cost of conference room is 350 bath per 1 hr, they did a mistake. Because they informed me wrong we agreed that today we pay 100 bath per hr. Then they told me that we spent 4 hours in the room and I have to pay 400. I told them that we need to deduct 1 hr for the inconvenience, because room wasn't ready+we couldn't fully work while workers were entering the room. Which in fact our meeting was 3 hours and 1 hour we were solving technical questions. Workers didn't even want to listen to me, didn't listen to my arguments and start to scare me. Told me if I don't pay now, they are calling police. I agreed. In 5 minutes 2 officers with guns arrived. I explained them situation, they talked to the stuff, and they start to joke with me, asked me to pay 400 and just forget about it and everyone will be happy. The situation was actually funny. But I don't think that it's a good customer service for this level of hotel, when stuff can't properly explain what they want, they don't listen to you and call police right away:) in fact, I had 500 deposit for the room, they could hold this money and don't try to scare...

It's strange that a hotel with such low standards has Radisson in its name.

  1. Cleanliness: Poor. The rooms and common areas were far below usual standards.
  2. Breakfast: Unappetizing and poorly prepared. They even managed to ruin a simple omelette, and the coffee tasted bitter, like medicine. On top of that, you’re required to present outdated paper coupons to be served breakfast—without them, you won’t be fed.
  3. Hospitality: Disappointing. It’s hard to imagine a less welcoming place in all of Thailand.
  4. Pool: While it could have been the one redeeming feature with its beautiful design and transparent wall, it was overloaded with chlorine, making it almost unusable.
  5. Radisson Rewards Loyalty Program: This was the biggest letdown. As a VIP member who knows how the program should work, this experience was a complete failure. No lounges, no "happy hour", no complimentary treats in the room, and minimal upgrade through pain. To make matters worse, my reward points for the stay weren’t even credited automatically—I had to contact support to resolve it.

Advice: The staff could learn a lot from the excellent service standards in the Emirates or Qatar. This hotel doesn’t live up to the...

What's not good: Cleaning issue. They did not clean the table nor desk. Upon arrive bathroom chair was not 100% clean. Hot water is not stable it will change during the shower. Very bad location, it is far from the center, restaurants... They don't change bed sheets every day. You will hear noise from activities near the door, like talking, walking, or closing doors, and you will wake up any time your neighbors go or come because of the sound of the door closing. Also, you can hear phone, TV, bathroom activities, and noises from up down or near by rooms that can wake you up. There is no drawer in the room. The fitness area is small Internet connection is not secured Remote control for TV is hard to  press. What's good: Design of hotel, rooms, and swimming pool.. TV with internet connection, YouTube available. Safe box is digital, good, and big. Big refrigerator

Booked a double room, got twins room where 2 beds were slided together. Unfortunately bed frames were not connected with each other and I slept 2 nights between 2 mattresses, because beds kept falling apart all night. I asked reception staff politely to tie the bed frames together, but their answer was “can not”. I explained this several times, but got even more unpolite attitude and many more “can not” answers. Take a 20cm rope, tie the beds together that customers can sleepâ€Ķnot so difficult? Standard procedure in western world! Unpolite and unprofessional staff, uncomfortable beds - choose another hotel nearby instead! This was my third time in this hotel and for sure the last time!
