It's not a 4-star hotel. There was no professionalism, even when we checked out, unfortunately. I think the problem may also be because I'm Thai; I can speak and understand the language. The words the staff used, their conduct, and their customer service were very poor. My boyfriend and I had previously stayed at Hotel Amber Pattaya. They were what a 4-star hotel should be in our opinion. In contrast, LK Legend is a 2-star or at most 3-star hotel because of their spacious room. The problem we faced at LK Legend was that the reception could not find my name in their e-mail system. The staff member working alone at reception was visibly stressed out. She had mentioned she was new, so we told her we'd come back later when her senior is at work (after 12pm). In the meantime, we had left for brunch, and I had written my full name, phone number, and e-mail for them to find in the system. After leaving, I later decided to call them myself (30mins before the actual check-in time) to see if there was any progress. In the end, they managed to find it. They had thought I was one of their other customer that had cancelled their reservation and wanted a refund. Of course, there was no apology for the mix-up; just excuses. The lack of communication was unreal, too. My understanding of the situation was that if we had not gone back to personally convince them we did not cancel, we would have lost our accommodation. I would like to believe the three employees were trying their best to keep the hotel running. Though there was a lot that needed...
Read morei'm actually residing at LK Legend check in 2 days ago and I can say that the team at the reception was fair.||the room is good and spacious .||Day 2 we went for breakfast ask for cheese and yoghurt they say they dont have and they will check if we can have it for next day but yoghurt you will need to buy at the shop, some are them seem to be more interested to be on their mobile phone than to look after their guest.( unprofessional; attitude).||ask for an iron in the afternoon they told me they dont have it in hotel its the 1st time i got an answer like this.||Day 3 today when to the restaurant they bring 3 slice of cheese, but yoghurt I buy in the near by shop. the worst to come is when i when to the reception asking to give a phone call for a transfer as the phone in the room is not working since day 1 and they are aware about it ,instead of being empathy the girl at the reception told me that they don't have phone in the hotel that I need to go outside to that i need outside to search a public phone. and they do have one at the reception as yesterday one of the team was on the phone. as a guest i was very upset and angry with such a bad service and unprofessional manner of that person. i've stayed in different Resorts /Hotels in various place from 2* to 5* and i have never got such a bad service and even when ask for a manager it seem he...
Read moreThe price-quality ratio is good, but the hotel has aged badly because nothing has been changed since it opened. I have come here several times in 10 years. For me the gym is important when i choose hotel. And i can say that they are not focus on taking care of the place… There are simple little things that could be done. Like for example the curtains in the gym. The ones in front of the treadmills. The one on the right has been broken for at least 7 years!!! And the one on the left for over 4 years!!! It completely blocks the view outside while you walk. At the gym I spoke with different owners because yes, LK LEGEND was originally not a hotel but a residence! Several told me that they reported this problem to the office located in building A and I find it astounding that nothing was done. It must not cost very much to replace!!! There is also a missing remote control for one of the air conditioners. Also, security! Almost every night when I came home late at night, the guard was asleep and the 2 doors were wide open. Thailand is a safe country but still. It was not like this before. I stayed this time for 38 days but I do not think I...
