M Place in Pattaya; is small hotel located from the main scene. If you want a seclude place, this hotel can be your place. Motorbikes are the best source of transportation, unless the warm weather is in your side by walking to the place: it is a choice. Rooms are wide and equipped with microwave, refrigerator and some appliances. The hotel is located in the middle of a Hood. Safe area. There is a Big Issue; no elevator-lyft on the hotel. The hotel management should be aware that this is a red flag for the business. A medium investment for a elevator should be on the business...

A nice little hotel, about 30 rooms, over 4 floors, nicely done out, big fridge, microwave and tv etc, also have a lift inside, so no walking up the stairs, Sadly no swimming pool or gym, They only do ,monthly rentals, or yearly, prices start at about 10000 baht a month, upto 12 thousand for the bigger rooms, I believe, You pay for your electric and water bills, which i think are the government rate. All in all, worth a look at, as it is a very central area, close to most things, bars ,restaurants...
