Pattaya Loft Hotel (formerly Citin Loft) — Hotel in Pattaya City

This is a genuine review that im giving on the basis of my recent experience with this hotel, i had booked 2 deluxe rooms at this hotel for 5 Nights in the 2nd week of July 2025 from Makemytrip.

I had alot of expectations as i had booked 2 deluxe rooms for 5 nights with breakfast for an amount of 30,500 approx, But upon arrival i found that the hotel is situated quite inside from the main road and if go out we need to walk alot from to reach beach or market and the hotel is around 14 to 15 years old, the rooms are not as they look in pictures they have uploaded on Makemytrip the furniture is old and the Locker in the room is also very old and confusing, Bed was not in good condition and could feel the springs coming out of the mattress, Washroom tiles and flooring was in bad shape and not clean also they do not have hand shower installed in the bathroom the worst part was that the air conditioner was not working upto the mark it was taking almost 2 to 3 hours to cool the room, if you go out from the room you have to take the key and the room again becomes hot as the electricity will cut out when you remove the key. We some how managed to sleep 1 night at the hotel and next morning when we complained about all the problems to the reception the receptionist asked to speak to the manager we spoke with the manager but he was not helpful even after being an Indian he gave us blunt answers and asked to contact the booking partner Makemytrip for our issues, we did not find the hotel safe also as the floor we were staying was completely empty it felt like only we had 2 rooms there and rest all were empty. We spoke with Makemytrip and they requested for Cancelation for both the rooms and hotel only accepted partial cancellation and regund for 1 of the booking and they haven't considered the cancelation for the 2nd booking till date and they have not even replied to the emails sent by Makemytrip to the hotel in regarding the 2nd booking cancelation and refund. Over all i feel its was bad decision to choose this hotel for stay and we regret choosing this hotel as we feel we were not shown any understanding or cooperation by the hotel staff or the current Indian manager from kerala, Indian families and solo travelers stay away from this hotel and do not waste your money this property is not upto the mark i would rate this hotel zero for everything. We had vacant our rooms on 2nd morning and did not use both the rooms for the remaining 4 nights and 5 days and still awaiting the regund for the partial cancellation refund. What a waste of...

I would say it was an overall pleasant stay in Pattaya Loft Hotel, if you are considering a economical option in your stay at Pattaya.

The hotel staff were friendly and approachable and the bell boy were very helpful and assisting even though communication through English was a slight problem.

In terms of the hotel room, facilities were good. The toilets were clean and spacious however the shower doors we had were faulty and cannot be closed fully. There is also hot water showers and there is a bathtub if you wish to have a bath. The beds were comfortable and spacious enough to accommodate up to three people for a room with twin beds. The beds, however, were joined and cannot be separated which is a problem should you wish for separate beds to sleep. The rooms were very spacious and the floors were clean that with or without the provided slippers it would also be comfortable to walk. The complementary sachet drinks that comes with each room is NOT free and requires you to pay for it. The TV that is provided is small, unclear and out of date but it is still functional and serves it's purpose. The breakfast buffet for the hotel has little variety of international food which is disappointing considering that it is listed as international breakfast buffet. It has almost 50 percent Indian food which can be a problem should you not be able to take spicy stuff.

The price of the hotel of is reasonable, at 9000 baht for 2 rooms over the course of 4 days 3 nights during the off peak season.

The distance from the hotel to the main street is adequate and within walking distance. It is also walkable from the hotel to the beach and other attractions near the beach. I cannot post without putting a star so Im forced to put 1. BEWARE!Not a good hotel to stay in Pattaya. Our money was stolen by the housekeeper and the hotel staffs just covered up. We never got assistance in providing us relevant proof of entry through CCTV camera, which we find this to be really suspicious as other hotels would really cooperate in identifying convicted person by providing any kinds of evidence to help us as their customers out. The 2 persons who are in front desk are very rude to us when we complained about it and they even shouted on us for complaining 'cause they have other customers who are going to check in. The money was hidden in my wallet inside my backpack and the other money was in my small backpack. He/she did not take all the money so that i will not noticed but i memorized the amount of money that i had in my wallet and backpack. And they did not even make up the room so that we will not think that there is someone who went there in our room. I never thought that it will be gone cause I'd never experienced that every time i left my money in other hotels. We went to the police station but nothing happened 'cause it will take time to do the investigation and probably the hotel stopped the cctv while they did that or deleted it just to cover up the hotel. We are foreigners so we cannot do anything and wait for the investigation 'cause the day after that we need to go back to Bangkok already and go back to our country. We couldn't even get a refund of our money. The hotel is not nice its dirty and even their blow dry is not working its damaged and they did not do anything about it even if we already told them to replace another one.
