⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) The staff was nice, but the overall experience was very disappointing. The technician was clearly inexperienced — it took over two and a half hours to do my nails, and she worked from her lap instead of at a proper table, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. My nails ended up uneven, very thick, and the French tips looked like they were painted by a two-year-old.

What surprised me even more was that the salon was completely empty the whole time — no one came in for nearly three hours — even though their Instagram says it’s “best to book” because they’re very busy. How can you review CCTV footage if you don’t know who I am? What date did I come? You didn’t explain to me the differences between the signature and the basic treatment. If there’s a difference you can gladly list them here right now so I can point out exactly which treatments you DIDN’T provide for my “signature” manicure.

ไปทำ “Signature” manicure และ pedicure แทนที่จะเลือกแบบพื้นฐาน เริ่มจากการทำเล็บเท้า ซึ่งทำได้โอเคในระดับหนึ่ง แต่การขัดเซลล์ผิวที่หนา (callus removal) ยังไม่ทั่วถึงดีนัก บางจุดยังรู้สึกสากอยู่ โดยในแพ็กเกจ Signature pedicure มีการนวดเล็กน้อยและขัดเซลล์ผิวที่หนารวมอยู่ด้วย

แต่รู้สึกว่าโดนหลอกกับการทำเล็บมือค่ะ ไม่มีความแตกต่างอะไรเลยระหว่างแบบพื้นฐาน (250 บาท) กับ Signature (450 บาท) พนักงานแค่ตัดหนังและเล็บให้ (ซึ่งบางจุดก็ตัดไม่เรียบร้อย) ไม่มีการนวดหรือบริการเพิ่มเติมใด ๆ เลย เลยอยากรู้จริง ๆ ค่ะว่า Signature manicure ต่างจากแบบพื้นฐานตรงไหน?

Not worth it.

Went for their “Signature” manicure and pedicure instead of the basic option. They started with the pedicure and did a decent job. They could’ve been more thorough with the callus removal though as some areas were still rough. The signature pedicure included a small massage and callus removal.

But I’m quite sure I was scammed with the manicure. There was no difference between a basic manicure (250THB) and the signature manicure (450THB). They just cut my cuticles and trimmed my nails (which on some areas was not cut good). No massage or anything. So I’d like to know what the difference lies between their basic and...
