I don't know where to start. Upon arriving at the room, we found what I would consider a highly unclean space, mould on the bathroom ceiling, dust on almost every surface, and stains on the sheets. Don't worry. It gets worse. After deciding to address this to reception when we next went down, we decided to unpack (as we were MEANT to be there for 8 nights). To our surprise, we were greeted with a skid stained scrunched up pair of boxers in the wardrobe and a condom wrapper tucked behind the bed frame. At this point, we decided to complain to reception because the lack of cleanliness was getting ridiculous at this point, and I was hoping they'd be able to offer some sort of resolution. Which of course they did not. I'm not sure if it was their lack of English or customer service skills, but their response was that they would come to the room to remove them .. which a man did with his bare hands. Lovely. ||||As the night went on, I tried several times to contact booking.com to see if they would move us to another hotel, not only because of the dirty underwear, condom wrapper and mould but because the hotel backs on to a VERY loud club that just happens to go on till 5am each morning. I hadn't received any correspondence within the advised time frame, which I was monitoring constantly due to the fact I couldn't sleep at all. But still nothing.||||In the morning, we decided to risk losing all of the money from our booking just to get out of there. When we went down to check out, they didn't seem phased at all! After getting very emotional in front of several guests (a symptom of my lack of sleep) they offered to clean our room (how generous), to which I kindly declined as this would have only solved part of the problem, and if I'm honest the last thing I wanted to do was spend a minute longer there. As a gesture of goodwill, they decided to try and charge me for a toothbrush pack that had no indication of its price on (the only purchasable and ticketed item in the room was ofcourse a fresh taped up box of durex, which says it all). ||||I later followed up with booking.com about this, to which they informed me that the hotel wouldn't be refunding me any of my money (no surprise there) even though the majority of my booking was remaining. Following on from that, the only thing I've heard from the hotel is that they look forward to receiving my 5 star review and if it's anything less, to essentially keep it off of their reviews and in the chat. But yet here I am, airing the dirty laundry, no pun intended .. ||||I have photo and video evidence that I'll be sharing on Google to help ensure the legitimacy of this review. ||||Luckily enough, we were able to check in late notice to a resort nearby, and it was absolutely breathtaking. So there is always a silver lining, just not at this hotel where most items/features have a linings of brown, grey, or black. ||||All photos of evidence can't be uploaded here so please find on google...

As a retired U.S. Air Force Veteran, staying at the T Pattaya Hotel was one of the greatest vacation experiences of my life.|| ||The Sky Bar on the roof has a terrific view and beautiful infinity pool that sets a relaxing atmosphere. Read moreMy experience at T Hotel Pattaya could have been better. Despite booking a nine-night stay, my partner and I only endured one night for several significant reasons.|First and foremost, the relentless noise from nearby nightclubs disrupted our sleep, making it nearly impossible to rest. When I approached the receptionist to request a room change for a quieter environment, I was shocked to be met with a demand for an additional 1000 - 3000 baht per night. This demand for payment was unreasonable and added to our discomfort.|Moreover, the hotel itself was in a deplorable state. The overall cleanliness could have been better, with dirty and worn carpets, stained walls, and inadequate cleaning in our room. The cleaning staff added to the disturbance with their noisy gossiping and incessant phone usage, disregarding the "do not disturb" sign on our door and attempting to enter our room without permission.|The staff's behaviour throughout my brief stay was disrespectful and unprofessional, leading me to believe there is a pervasive culture of disrespect toward guests in this establishment. Despite the potentially redeeming features of the swimming pool area and sauna, the experience was marred by loud music, completely obliterating any semblance of relaxation.|Given these issues, I would strongly suggest against staying at T Hotel Pattaya. There are undoubtedly superior options available in the area for comparable prices. The severity of my experience led me to forfeit the remaining eight nights of my booking and seek...
