Pure relaxation at the Graceland Beach Resort – an unforgettable stay||We had a truly wonderful time at the Graceland Beach Resort in Khao Lak and can say with complete honesty: this hotel is among the very best resorts when it comes to absolute rest and rejuvenation.||A heartfelt highlight:|Our deepest gratitude goes to the incredible team – you are what makes this resort so extraordinary.| • Ms. Kwan, Front Office Manager, embodies the highest level of professionalism while radiating genuine warmth and authenticity. Her grounded and approachable nature sets the tone for the entire resort and makes every guest feel instantly at ease.| • Ms. Mary, with her natural kindness and gracious presence, left us touched by her heartfelt attentiveness and sincere hospitality.| • Jar, Jieb, Stag, Snow, May, and Nim at reception, whose warm smiles and thoughtful attention created a sense of belonging from the very first moment. Each arrival and every request was met with patience, warmth, and care that went far beyond expectations.| • At the evening restaurant, Ms. Tukta stood out as a beacon of joy and kindness, a genuinely warmhearted soul whose cheerful spirit brought light and happiness not only to our evenings, but to everyone around her. Like so many members of the team, she is a true treasure to the resort, and her dedication and warmth make her more than worthy of every recognition and opportunity that comes her way.| • From the kitchen, Ms. Jieb, whose passion and dedication brought us unforgettable culinary delights, turning every meal into something special.| • Mr. Nong, whose attentive and gracious service added a touch of refinement to every dinner, ensuring that each evening felt effortless and memorable.| • In Housekeeping, Ms. Muay, who cared for our room with remarkable diligence and genuine love for detail, making our stay as comfortable as it was flawless.||And of course, our gratitude extends to all those working diligently behind the scenes - the many unseen hands whose hard work and dedication ensure that every corner of this resort radiates harmony, comfort, and care. Without you, this place would not be what it is. ❤️||Facilities & Leisure:|The resort offers everything one could wish for in a perfect holiday:| • A fully equipped fitness center| • Basketball court| • Billiards, bowling, and table tennis| • Multiple on-site restaurants| • Highlight: Rooms with direct pool access - a dream for every water lover!| • Naturally, soothing spas with excellent massages and a wide range of wellness options, ensuring absolute relaxation.||Beach & Surroundings:|The beach is nothing short of a dream - just a short walk away and visible straight from the room, creating the perfect holiday atmosphere. The surrounding area also offers numerous restaurants for those who wish to dine out.||Mobility:|The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to Bang Niang Market and into town - well organised and highly reliable.||Cleanliness & Hygiene:|The resort’s hygiene standards are impeccable. Our room was thoroughly cleaned every day - sincere compliments to the housekeeping team!||Final Thoughts:|We could not be happier with our decision to stay at the Graceland Beach Resort. A place defined by warmth, professionalism, and true relaxation.||One last time: THANK YOU to the entire team – you made our holiday...

We're currently staying the 2nd week in building 15 in a premier pool access room, having anticipated this for 7 years. It's everything we dreamed of, and the room is even better than on photos! Everything is clean, spacious and the bed is massive. The private pool is wonderful, we're normally beach people but here we prefer to stay on our own little terrace. Little advice to the hotel: please put signs up "pool use only for swim up rooms" - we've had several normal hotel guests occupy the sunbeds behind the swimup pools as well as go into the pool with sometimes 3 children who jump into the pool which is clearly not what we expected paying the upgrade price.

Breakfast is wonderful, we couldn't think of anything that was missing here. Full 5 stars.

The beach unfortunately is not very inviting. The hotel part, that is. The beach itself of course is gorgeous, but the hotel part looks like a 2* hotel's tbh. The sun loungers are not acceptable for a 5** hotel! They're stacked next to each other like in a hen cage, no relaxation or privacy possible. Like the normal hotel rooms, in 3-5 story buildings.

We were thinking of upgrading to a private pool villa but are so glad we didn't! They overlook the main pool with the bar that plays unbearably loud techno music the whole day, and your "private pool" is right out in the open for everyone to see.

We were offered to upgrade to all inclusive upon arrival for a whopping 2200 baht pP per day, but again are glad we didn't, as it's apparently only valid in the main restaurant, and of course you get a cheap cocktail menu for AI as well. We're going to one of the countless beach restaurants whenever we feel like it, and so far only spend 30-40% per day of what AI would've cost us. Advice to the hotel: offer a good quality drinks package, for that nice night cap 😉

If you're wanting to venture into Khao Lak occasionally, you'll have to book a taxi, as the hotel's complimentary shuttle bus is fully booked for a week in advance. Advice to the hotel: Let it run twice within the hour so guests aren't left out.

So our conclusion: We would always book this hotel again, but only with a pool access room in order to have privacy. They're absolutely wonderful and have exceeded our...

Best hotel if you want to stay solely at the hotel and have a fantastic beach right outside your door--plus, the sunrise and sunset views are absolutely gorgeous as you see an endless ocean along the horizon. As for the service, it was all impeccable. Room cleaning is everyday and you can ask for additional water if you run out. You can order room service that comes at a very cheap price (even for a hotel)! They have great amenities: gym, yoga room, pool room (must pay for), bowling (I think 100 thb/person), archery (300 thb/person), and ping-pong, basketball/badminton/tennis (all for free). I think free breakfast is included in all packages, but if not, it's worth investing in bc it runs from 7am-10am and there is a pretty big selection of food :) Lastly, the beach is literally in front of the hotel restaurant! If you live far away from the restaurant, or wherever you are in the resort, you can order a "buggy" or golf cart to take you wherever you need to go :) The room itself is very large, and you get a nice deck with a clothes hanging rack and a view of the pool. There is a fridge, but no other kitchenette supplies. Be aware that toilet paper shouldn't be flushed down the toilets as it can clog the pipes and even create a nasty smell in the bathroom. The wifi is great and the table room is big enough for two computers! As for the surrounding area, there's a cute cafe just across from the hotel and a small convenience store. Sunscreen is hard to find--if you were on Phi Phi or plan to go, that's where you can find sunscreen at an affordable price. If you want to leave the resort, taxi prices are very expensive. We were able to get a taxi to downtown for about 300 thb (for 2 ppl), but that's only one way. It's probably best to rent a motorbike while you're here. There are many massage places along the beach and restaurants that are a bit cheaper than the hotel. All of the people who work there are very nice and know English relatively well. I highly suggest eating at one of the restaurants while watching the sun set!! It's so beautiful out on the beach :) Only critique: please use glass bottles to reduce...

If you're looking for a resort experience with top notch service you should check out this one! After you check in at the front desk you will receive complimentary refreshments and a 5 minute neck massage if you want it. You can tell the bellhop your room number and they will drive your bags over to your room. Heads up - this resort is very spread out and it could be a long walk to your room depending on which building you're in. Since it is so spread out, you can request a golf cart to take you and pick you up from your room. The rooms are very comfortable and turn down service includes 4 big glass water bottles provided for free each day. The property is beautiful and it truly looks and feels like a luxury resort. There are plenty of dining options on the property as well as off the property. You can walk down to the beach and where there are a couple of restaurants. There are also restaurants with a local feel across the street and up the street if you turn left when exiting the resort property. My wife and I were visiting for a work conference and were very impressed by the main ballroom and the smaller rooms on the floor below. This is an awesome option if you are looking for a place to have a conference! Our organization opted in for the morning and afternoon snack package which is so much food you could literally just have an entire meal if you want. The fitness center and indoor recreation options are also awesome. A group of us at the conference paid to use the bowling alley and had such a good time. It has four lanes and has similar vibes to what you would find back home in the US. The bowling pins had a few glitches but the staff was always quick to get it fixed so we could continue bowling. I highly recommend this resort and hope to return!

I recently spent 19 wonderful nights with my husband at Graceland resort and we had a marvellous time. The resort is massive and has extensive beautifully kept grounds which lead to a lovely stretch of beach, Our room in Building 1200 was really spacious and overlooked a large lawned area and gardens with pool access rooms below us. Great super king bed!! Really comfortable!! Thanks to the young chap who made our room up!! It was a short stroll from our room to the main restaurant, lobby and in the other direction to the main pools plus the beach. There is a shopping mart directly across the entrance to the resort and numerous restaurants, massage parlours?either side of the road from the resort entrance. A free bus service runs daily from 3.30pm to 6.30pm to both Bang Niang markets and also to Khao Lak. Our thanks go to so many of the lovely staff!! To the lovely ladies at reception, especially Swan, Jenny and Meya , thanks so much for all your help and all the laughter!! Kik at the bar in the lobby area…. You made delicious cocktails!! To the numerous wait staff at breakfast each morning ‘Thank you’ also to June and the lovely ladies who made our soup each morning. Also massive Thanks to Mr Nong the food and beverage manager who sourced low fat milk for our coffees and the lovely Jane who made the best coffee plus her protégés Mint and Fang!! We really enjoyed our breakfast and there was heaps to choose from. We enjoyed time in the gym each day and playing table tennis. Thanks to Nat the manager there and her staff!!…. Plah and Sorry we forget some other names😞 Thep , Fluk and the others at the beach hut we chatted to every day!! We had such a relaxing time and we hope to be back next year!!
